Does Zenitsu not literally harass her? Plus, he treats her the way he literally treats any other girl. Falls in love at first sight, immediately begins to harass until they have enough and snap; the only difference in this ship being that Nezuko is too NICE to snap at humans.
I actually began to consider this ship cute towards the end of the manga until the scene with Sanemi talking to Nezuko and complimenting her. Zenitsu was watching her and gets JEALOUS AT A FULL GROWN MAN COMPLIMENTING NEZUKO.
