The Rich Girl and The Gamer

Chapter 1

Izuku Midoriya, had long ago dismissed his dreams of becoming a hero ever since he was confronted by Katsuki Bakugo.

YOU HAVE NOTHING, YOUR QUIRKLESS

QUIRKLESS DEKU!

He was right, Izuku was quirkless but he wasn't useless "He's right though, I am quirkless and i could never be a he-" someone suddenly bumped on him, and the guy's plastic back was thrown on the ground. "S-Sorry about that, I'm just really excited about this game." Izuku didn't mind it and was very evident on it and just waved it off.

"It's alright dont worry about it, and by the way whats that?" he picked up the game cartridge, which had a name as he read it out loud. "YGGDRASIL?" It seems to be a Virtual Reality game, the latest one at that.

"Yes! I've been waiting for months for this." the guy took the cartridge from Izuku, "Your into gaming too?" Izuku denied it, he isnt the type of person who enjoys videogames. "No, I'm more of a bookworm type of guy..." he scratched his head in embarassment.

"Oh... by the way, my name's Kazuto Kirigaya or just call me Kirito." he shook Izuku's hand, and seemed to prepare to go off as he waved a goodbye at Izuku. "I'll have to go, I'm sorry again." leaving Izuku there alone.

Izuku, stood there alone as time was ticking he's just there contemplating with himself. "I should try that too... might be best for me, if this reality is too hard for me, maybe there in the digital world, I may amount to something and be someone..." he smiled as he started walking to a nearby game store.

After a good few minutes, the store's door opens and Izuku walked through and looked at every game he could, and something took his interest. "Yggdrasil" he spoke and walked towards the said game.

"You're new here right?" Izuku nods, as the salesman guided him. "I'm Maou I'm your salesguy do you want this game? we have a good discount on this badboy here." he pats the box. "If you also buy the headgear" he smiled at Izuku.

"I'll take both." Izuku took his wallet out, the money that he's supposed to buy a limited edition allmight figure as he began contemplating either to do this or not. "Here" he gave the money to Maou, as minutes later Maou came out of the backroom with a huge box in a bigger plastic bag. "Here's your order sir" Izuku gave a bow of respect as thank you for the great transaction. "Thank you" Izuku, walked out of the store with a smile on his face.

Midoriya Household (Apartment)

Izuku, was on his bed looking at the box for a few minutes now. "I hope this is worth it." he opened the box after he cut the tape off. "Woah... so this is the Virtual Gear so this will let me live a virtual life for a moment huh... maybe life wouldn't be too far on me there." taking out the Yggdrasil cartridge from it's box and putting it into the gear. 

"I hope to have a quirk in this fake world..." he put on the gear over his head. "Here i go... Link Start!" a white light blinded him for a moment.

Izuku opened his eyes, and saw nothing but white and a single display facing him. "Choose your Avatar's Name..." he read outloud, by contemplating a bit he ended up with one name. "Emerald Hero"
