Chapter 16: An Idols Motivation ❣

  Flashback:

A younger Ai was sitting down at a cafe with Y/N, Y/N hadn't completely supported the shift and Ai had lost motivation due to circumstances in which Ichigo had planned another meeting. Ai sighs as she looked at Ichigo.

Ai: "Seriously? Me an idol? You're a funny person..." Ai said tilting her head as she looked at the card. Ai then looked over at Y/N who sighed while holding her hand tracing small insignificant shapes on her hand boredly.

Y/N: "I don't think he's joking Ai he looks serious." Ichigo sighed looking before looking at them both.

Ichigo: "I'm one hundred percent serious. My agency is going to build an idol group of middle school models; besides I think you'll be the star."

Ai looked at Y/N who shrugged giving the look that says, 'your call', ai sighed before shaking her head as she drunk her boba.

Ai: "I'll pass" Ichigo was still adamant to convince her as he expressed his visions Ai cut him off quickly.

Ai: "I'm not fit to be an idol; I don't have some perfect Hollywood childhood either. I grew up in a children's home and my mom got arrested for theft. Even after got out of prison she never came to pick me up." Ai's eyes went slack and emotionless a little crazed look in her eye as she looked at Ichigo. Ai's tactic was caught by Y/N....'Scare him off'...Y/N thought within his mind humming slightly.

Ai: "All things considered I'm fine now, I mean isn't a children home better than being picked? I have no memories of love or even how to love someone like me can never be considered an idol." Ai felt Y/N squeeze on her hand picking up on how she was slightly pouring her true emotions out. Ai smiled a bit before continuing.

Ai: "People think of idols as pure people shining beacons of light through the darkness of life. Someone who can make people smile and flash even bigger ones. The polar opposite of me a liar who hates people. I can barely love one person how can I love thousands of people." Ai tilted her head looking down at her lap her lips pursing slightly. Ichigo looked at her with a serious look.

Ichigo: "Well that's just fine I mean it's not a job just any normal rich kid is suited for, your background adds dept to your character something the fans can sympathize with." Ai eyes widen as she looked conflicted about to speak before Y/n did for her looking grateful for his butting in.

Y/N: "I don't think Ai would be able to do that lying to thousands of peo-" Y/n was cut off by Ichigo who shook his head.

Ichigo: "Lying isn't a bad thing being an idol, people love pretty lies. You don't have to be truthful you just need to put on a facade that you are. So go ahead and lie up a storm if you want." Ai's eyes widen as she took off her cap looking at Y/n who had the same expression he sighed.

Y/n: "Your call Ai." Ai smiled slightly before nodding looking back at Ichigo.

Ai: "So what you're saying is that I can lie to people? Tell them pretty lies? Even though it's a morally wrong lie? Lying to people telling them I love you...."

Y/n looked at Ai.

Y/n: "I'm not supporting this in anyway unless you want too. But it's the truth you want to be able to love people and not just me. So, kind of a twisted lie, a lie covering the truth." Y/n and Ai's eyes sparkled the dark clouds clearing as they look at Ichigo.

Ichigo nodded before explaining.

Ichigo: "Dancing and looking cute on stage is a way of expressing your love to the fans. So, an object for your love you want to let out. Expressing your love in lies, your own type of love. The more you say I love you in songs and other things the lie slowly becomes the truth."

Ai echoed the words into her mind as she looked at the billboard of an idol group her eyes widening.

Maybe if she repeated enough, she could love someone else.... but she had Y/N she could say I love you from the bottom of her heart with him.... she didn't need to become an idol...Ichigo words were truly inspiring the words of declining were about to slip before she looked at Y/N. He looked as if he just heard something revolutionary Y/N was in the same boat as her. Ai looked at him.

Y/N: "Ai....I think you should take the offer." Ai's eyes widen as Y/N looked at her and Ai looked at him.

Ai: "But last time you didn't really want me t--" Y/N cut her off as he gave her a bright smile.

Y/N: "Being an idol is all about lies whether you love or hate people doesn't matter you just have to be...pretend to be a shining beacon of light.... More assertive, childish, and brighter...." Y/N smiled as he gives a bright smile.... he was always good at acting feigning to be something he wasn't.

Y/N: "The words that we say that are lies maybe they'll finally come true... Ai become an idol maybe one day we together will finally learn how to feel. To finally learn to be normal."

Ai eyes sparkled as she smiled softly. She nodded at Y/N's idea. Maybe she'll finally be able to change the empty pit in her heart. Maybe her and Y/N will finally be able to not lie anymore to be truthful to not just each other but the world.... Ai's will resolved as the pit began to swirl a beacon of light a small ray of hope etched into her heart that day....

Ai: "Y/N I-....I want to become an 𝓘𝓭𝓸𝓵."

Cliffhanger MUAHAHAHAHA the next chapter is the stomach dropper make sure to bring tissues nerds. Or not? Does the stalker get killed or does Ai get killed or maybe Y/N or Ichigo? I have too many ideas for the next chapter. Next chapter is dropping in like an hour - 40 minutes.
