Mina POV:
After the training
We all was sitting in the nurse office waiting for Y/N to wake up. I was sitting at the end of the bed. "Mina Why was her face red this morning" I looked over at Kiri and he seemed worried.
"We should talk about that when she wakes up and alone" I whispered to him. He just took a deep breath and kept pacing the room. I felt the bed start to move so I looked over and saw Y/N sitting up.
"Fuck my head hurts, I just cant seem to get away with people hitting me on my head" She mumbled under her breath. I quickly picked up on what she said but tried to talk over her with an "Oh".
Kiri came up to the bed and immediately started questioning her. "What do you mean about that? Your dad did this right" Y/N was trying to avoid looking at Kiri. "We should go" Sero and Denki left out the room.
"Kiri please don't be mad" Y/N pleaded with him. But he was just extremely angry. I mentally sighed knowing how this is going to go.
"Kiri calm down she came to my house after it happened" I said grabbing his arm. "Then why you didn't call me". "She didn't want me to, after you know last time". I gave him a serious look.
He took a deep breath and walked out "I need some air". We sat there in silence for a moment. I got out the bed and walked to the door "I'm going to make sure he's ok". I opened the door and saw Kiri standing at the end of the hallway.
"Kiri..." I mumbled under my breath "I'm going to kill him" He had his fist balled up. "Kiri calm down" I grabbed his hand "listen to me Y/N don't want anything to go out of control".
He moved his hand away from me "I'm sorry Mina but you can't change my mind". I stepped back and took a deep breathe "Fine I won't try to convince you, just wait I'll go with you" I walked back into the office and walked up to bakugo. "We going to her house, keep her busy" I whispered to him. He just nodded. "I'm going to walk Kiri home to make sure he don't do nothing stupid" I gave her a hug and walked back out.
I put my bag over my shoulder and went up to Kiri. We walked in silence to Y/N house. I was scared to SHITS!! We got closer and I saw Y/N mom car house. I mentally sighed hating Kiri still going to go through with it.
We walked up to the door and Kiri banged on the door. "DAMN IM COMING" I heard a yell from inside. The door opened and it was Ms.Kandi. She looked a little irritated. Kiri pushed pass her and just walked in and I followed behind him.
"Well hello to yall to" She mumbled. "Where is he?" Kiri turned to her. "Huh?" She looked confused "Where is he? Your husband?" Kiri had a little irritation in his voice. "Oh....he ughh I'm not sure actually" She sat down on the couch.
"Why is ....everything ok?" She seem to start to get concerned "And where is my baby?" "She's with a friend she had a long day at school" I spoke up. She nodded "Well is everything ok?".
"Do you know what he does to Y/N, When you're not home?" Kiri voice was now a little calmer. She stood up and was now standing in front of Kiri. "No but I'll like you to tell me if there's something I don't know" she folded her arms.
"He beats her, and sometimes it's not as bad but sometimes is really bad, one time it was so bad she couldn't get out of bed, Mina had to come to make sure she was alive" Kiri explained. Kandi looked like her heart was broken into pieces.
She looked at me for confirmation. I just softly nodded looking down. She started to cry in Kiri arms "I feel like a shitty parent like how I didn't know". Kiri just rubbed her back. "It's ok it's not your fault" I whispered to her.
She just kept crying and saying how bad she felt. I got her to calm down and we was sitting on the couch "I'm going to leave him, I think it's best for Y/n". I nodded in agreement.
The door opened and we all turned and saw it was Y/N dad. Kandi stood up and was the first to say something "I want a divorce" She flat out said. He looked mad at her words and walked up to her.
"What you say" He said. She took a deep breath "I want a divorce". Before anything else could happened Kiri punched him in the face and kept going and going. Y/N dad got a few licks in but it didn't really affect him much.
Kandi rushed to break up the fight but it was really hard. In all honesty I was just standing there I felt like he deserved it. Kandi pulled Kiri off of him. But Y/N dad pushed Kandi out the way and she end up hitting her arm and cutting it deeply. That only made Kiri more mad.
He was now out to kill. Y/N dad hit Kiri in the mouth bussing it a little. Kiri started swinging for all face shots at this point. I went by Kandi to hold her arm to make sure she didn't lose much blood.
Y/N dad fell to the ground and Kiri just stood over him. "Kiri I think you took it way too far this time" I mumbled He was breathing hardly "This is only half of what I want to do it him". We heard police sirens in the distance "Kiri you should go I don't want you to get in trouble" Kandi said also putting pressure on her arm.
"Right and I'm sorry about this" Kiri grabbed his stuff and ran out. I sat there and waited with her until the police came in.
Kandi told them that someone came in and tried to robbed them and beat up her husband and cut her. The police didn't believe her but they didn't want push the problem because she wasn't trying to give information.
They called an ambulance and put her husband into the ambulance. "Hey, Just don't call Y/N until the morning" She nodded and gave me a kiss on my forehead "Ok and text me when you get home" She told me.
The ambulance pulled off and I walked back home. "What a shit show" I mumbled. I got home and took a shower I was honestly drained with today and over it. I got out and did my night routine. I sat on my bed and was strolling on instagram.
I saw a post from Y/N with the caption talking about #NEEDTHAT I was guessing it's bakugo in the picture. "This hoe" I mumbled and left a comment. I texted Ms.Kandi letting her know I made it home and went to bed.
