"You ever wonder how the stars got up there in the first place...?" Katsuki asked, looking up at the night sky. He had heard numerous theories. Some people believed they were gods, others believed they were just balls of fire or gas, and then others believed they were just made of a special, unreachable material never seen before. It was always interesting to hear what other people believed. “ No, not really. There is a scientific answer. They are balls of fire and gas.”

Katsuki let out a small chuckle, "Well, yeah, scientifically that's the case, but I'm talking in terms of... religious beliefs. Like, most religions believe they are made up of gods or spirits." He elaborated, glancing over at the prince in slight interest. "Like, for example, in my tribe there are people that believe they are gods watching us from the sky, protecting us, keeping us safe." I looked at him as he spoke. “ Sounds a bit unrealistic. But I guess I can understand that some people might find a sense of comfort in that thought. "It is unrealistic, but it helps ease people into a false belief of security," Katsuki explained, shrugging his shoulders, "There is a reason why there is so much turmoil going on at the moment in my tribe. All because those who had been relying on the gods have now lost their hope due to the fact the gods haven't provided any help during this time of need." He explained, turning his attention back to the night sky, "I don't really believe in all of that crap myself." I looked at him before turning my attention back to the sky.
Katsuki looked back up at the stars, seeing a shooting star once again. It was calming. Very, very calming. Just him and the prince, under the night sky. It felt like a very peaceful moment, as though he could stay like this forever. He felt calm, just watching the stars. But he knew it would be bad for him to think like that. A barbarian and a prince... two boys from two different worlds.

It wouldn't work.

Silence fell between us yet again as we both just stared at the sky. The silence between them was comfortable as they both looked at the stars in the night sky. It was like nothing else mattered at the moment. Not Katsuki’s tribe, not the royals... not anything. But, Katsuki knew it shouldn't be like that. He sighed quietly to himself. "You've been quiet... everything okay?" He asked, glancing over to glance at the prince. I turned to Katsuki. “ Huh? Yeah, I’m fine.”
