Philip, Meredith, Presley, and Oracle Miriam hurry from the house. As they step out, they realize that a thick veil of white fog has surrounded them in all directions. Far ahead, they see a frantic soldier firing his gun. Then, he collapses, the sound of his groan melding with the sound of a wielding blade.

Gasping in surprise, Oracle Miriam grasps Philip and Meredith's wrists and pulls them along, finding a way to get out of the town, followed closely by Presley. As they reach the town limit, leaving the foggy area, they encounter Lyvie. Wielding her long, dark sceptre, Lyvie smiles at them, with a soft giggle escaping her maroon lips.

"Ah! And I thought we'd never see each other again," Lyvie mused with a sinister chuckle.

Suddenly, a voice called out from Lyvie's back. "Don't you dare hurt my friends!"

Everyone looked at Lyvie's back and spotted Denis climbing a steep slope; the voice belonged to Denis all along.

"Make me," Lyvie snickered.

"I don't have to force you," Denis replied. "It's up to you to acknowledge which side you belong to."

"The dark side is where I belong," Lyvie declared.

"How do you know that?" Denis asked, posing a thought-provoking question.

"...You know how it feels to be chosen by the dark side. The darkness chose me," Lyvie replied.

"Which side of the darkness are you on, then? The bad dark? Or the good dark...?" Denis questioned, raising both palms one by one.

Perplexed at first, Lyvie straightened her back as her smirk widened. "The darkness is only by means of being evil, sweetheart," she clarified.

"...What if I tell you you're wrong?" Denis asked. "I am also one of the darkness. I am amidst the shadows. Yet, I can be happy and good at the same time!"

"How about I tell you not to intervene in my work?" Lyvie scoffed.

"I must," Denis countered. "Because you're only just an accomplice of the coven. And you're not the one who owns the coven that wants to own the world. You are a nice girl inside, just changed by wickedness," he asserted calmly. "The real you... is good."

Lyvie's brows furrowed. "Silence! I have had enough!" she yelled.

Gritting her teeth, Lyvie slashes her sceptre towards Denis, sending rays of purple light towards him. Denis tries to counter it, using the wand he brought and sending golden elements towards it. The two elements meet, and slowly, Lyvie's spells overpower him. When the purple rays of bright light hit Denis, Denis is flung to a cliff. And he falls, screaming.

"Aaah!!"

Meredith bears a sharp glare at Lyvie, furrowing her brows. Quickly, she bolts towards Lyvie and snatches her sceptre. Then, she slams it against Lyvie's head. Lyvie is also flung to the cliff where she falls.

"No!!" Lyvie screamed in shock as she plummeted down the cliff, her figure disappearing amidst the dense cloud below the summit.
