Asia's POV

When I woke up from my coma, the first thing that I saw was my parents. The doctor told us that I have amnesia, and there is a possibility that I will be in a comatose state again if there is something that triggers me to remember the memories that I forgot fast because my brain could not take that much information yet in a year. So my parents decided to stay in Italy for me to continue my studies. 
 
Studying in Italy does not bring back all my memories. But one day, when I opened my Facebook account, someone messaged me, and of course I did not remember them. They have introduced themselves as my friends since high school. They are Kin and Vera, and they know that I haven't regained my memories yet, but they are persistent in protecting me again because they are worried about me. They told me that they want to be with me all the time, but my parents don't permit them to go to Italy. Our communication continued until I finished my third year of college. My parents told me the news that makes my heart beat faster. We are going back to the Philippines. I am going home, but I am not sure if we were going to settle there at that time since my parents are worried about my condition. And so, I embedded that thought in my head that maybe in my last semester of college we were going to another country again. 
 
Kin and Vera welcomed us to the airport as we landed in the Philippines. They cried and hugged me as soon as they saw me, and so I also cried with them because when I saw them and while they hugged me, the memories of me with them showed up, and so I collapsed right at the airport. Riding an airplane gives me trauma, and that's also the reason why my parents don't want to go back to the Philippines yet. I went to therapy while I was in Italy. After my class every day, I went to my therapist so that I could overcome my trauma with planes. And so I did, but I have not fully recovered yet because sometimes my trauma triggers in the most random way. 
 
I enrolled at Shin Beau University, and the name sounds familiar. Vera and Kin wanted to go with me to the same university, but they needed to process a lot of requirements to transfer, so it took a month before they went to our university. As all of you know, I am the manager of the basketball team, and the players are my classmates. And that's where our stories begin and how they have a greater part in my life.

Meeting them was unexpected; it feels surreal to be surrounded by people who truly care for you. Shin Boys shows me that there is hope in every problem and in every challenge that comes. They made me feel protected; they are my family. Even though those boys are close to trouble, they are willing to protect you if you are in danger. Me, Vera, and Kin are always thankful for them and will always be. 
 
Austin and I will always remember how these boys and girls protected us and cared for us. Marigong will always be there for each other. Forever, we'll always be together.
