Face to face

As I took out my phone to text him, my hands started shaking continuously. The intensity increased when his text popped up.

"You don't look fine...are you okay?"

"Yeah, I am fine...where are you?"

"In front of you, bruh"

"Uh, me? Sorry, no, I am at home."

"It's enough, Yume...I know you now."

I think I should talk to him directly. I need to find out the mystery behind him. He can lie in text, and possibly in real life, but I should still talk to him. Should I ask him after lunch?

"Who are you texting, hmm??"

"He is the same age as me??!!!"

"He is handsome."

I stared at her. Did she...fall in love with him? But she isn't that type of girl. She is always stuck with studies and creativity. How can she call a boy handsome? Though she isn't wrong.

We both sat up straight. She wasn't looking straight, but at him. Suddenly, a text popped up.

"Am I looking weird?"

"Uh, no."

"Why is everyone looking at me?"

"Where?"

"Your sister, um..."

I was so done. I was seriously embarrassed now. I was out of any confidence.. but...I need to talk to him. Okay let's get serious, I will talk to Jim about the mystery.

"Jae-san?"

"Yes?"

"Can I ask you for something....?"
