Checkmate WILL be returning.
Okay... as most of you know, Wattpad removed this story for no reason. So after two months, three appeals, an entire essay about content, a complete re-write, and a mental breakdown for fear of my other works vanishing, I get "Sorry for the inconvenience" and suddenly this is back in my drafts. Why that couldn't have been done two months ago, I don't know.
The story has changed ALOT since it was on here in April, and now I don't even know if I still want it to be on here since posting it to another account. But, I will leave this note here to inform you all that... well, I don't know.
This story vanishing absolutely destroyed my confidence and my passion. Checkmate had evolved greatly from what it started out as and is still to this day my longest fic. Also writing Peter Pan OUAT fanfic was a great joy for me.
I love you all, and hopefully this happening hasn't deterred any of you from writing your own stories. Keep writing, keep reading, and keep going my lovelies.
