S walked into work and sat in his cubicle.

"Hey, Nori? How's that Sentinel thing working out for you?" He peers over the cubicle to see Nori is gone. He looks around trying to figure out where she could be.

"...Nori?"

He turns to the other cubicle

"Aussie? Have you seen Nori?"

Austin shook his head. S sat down worried by what happened.

"I reckon she took the day off, Seems likely." S looked towards Austin smiling slightly.

"Yeah...sounds reasonable."

The next day Nori was still gone, then the next day. And then the next day.

"This is ridiculous!" S slammed his hands down on his desk "Where did she go off to?" S sighed rubbing his visor

"Shouldn't Yeva be worried about this? Where is she?"

He looked at Austin who just shrugged. S groaned, getting up. He walks towards the manager's office only to be stopped.

"Sorry sir, you can't leave until the shift is over." S frowned. "Ok, where's Nori?" The hazmat-suited human looked to the left quickly.

"Uuuuh...she's on vacation." S raised an eyebrow. "What about Yeva?" The hazmat guy twiddled his thumbs.

"Also...on...vacation?" S slapped his visor.

"Since when do we get vacations?" The hazmat suit guy was sweating, unable to know what to say "uuuuh." S pushed the hazmat suit to the side and opened the door. The manager was speaking through a phone and S approached.

"Ok...Dr. Chambers! Where's Nori?" Dr. Chambers puts down the phone calmly.

"She's malfunctioning, we're currently attempting to patch in a bug." S's eyebrow was raised. "

AND Yeva?"

Dr. Chambers nodded. The hazmat suit guy barged in

"Sorry Mr. Chambers! He got past me!" Dr. Chambers held his hand up. "That'll be enough, Mitchell, Steve here has found out that Nori is in need of care at the moment.

Chambers lurches forward into S's face

"Is, that right? Steve?"

S stepped back a bit. "Yeah...sure...totally not suspicious...I'm gonna go to work now." S turned around heading back to his cubicle. This wasn't the end.

That night S exited his living quarters and tiptoed past the sleeping sentinels. He quietly approached Dr. Chambers' office, attempting to figure out what was going on. He entered and silently looked through the cabinets. He finds a clipboard that looks odd. He flipped to a random page.

...Due to the strange reactions to this type of code inside Worker Drones, The operation to Combine Worker Drone DNA with the code is allowed after witnessing the power it held on Earth.

S stopped. Earth?

A total of 50 Worker Drones have been "selected" to participate in these studies Experimentation will begin shortly.

S flipped over the paper to see 50 Worker Drones all crossed out.

S's eyes hollow out as he sees Nori and Yeva on that list, the puzzle pieces are being put in place. When S flips the next page, a key drops to the floor with the numbers reading 1138 S grabs the keys and puts the clipboard back. He exits the office looking back to make sure nothing has fallen over. When he turns back he sees a Sentinel staring at him. S covers his eyes as the blue lights blare out. The sentinel then chomps at S but he dodges it and jumps over a cubicle landing on the other side.
