Murder Drones: Dismantled Brethren

Unexpected News...

S laid down in a lawn chair lounging. The past few months have never been better. Now that the humans are gone and no sign of them coming back. 

Everyone here was free to go about as they pleased. People began to settle down, start jobs, and make families. S's friends were no different. 

Khan finally proposed to Nori after a LONG time of him chickening out. And despite the fact Khan and Nori seemed so different in terms of personality they made a great couple. S couldn't be more glad that his best friend was having the life she always wanted. As S sat in the lawnchair staring out at the distant planet he sighed preparing to fall asleep. Only for him to get tapped on the shoulder jolting him up. 

"GAHHH!" S turned around quickly to see Khan who flinched when S suddenly jumped up 

"Uhh...sorry." S sighed, while he was happy for Nori that she was having the life she always wanted. It's kinda unfortunate that the person she was interested in was the person who shunned S when he was in need of help. It was...awkward to say the least. But S has kinda accepted that Khan isn't exactly the most trustworthy guy to be around, Not that he's malicious but because he's too cowardly to help you out if it puts him in danger. S sighed "It's fine...what's up?" S folds his arms waiting for Khan to respond. "Uuuh...it's Nori...shes...acting funny." S raised an eyebrow 

"Oooookay...how?" Khan looked down at his feet. 

"Well...she's been in her room for half a week now...Just drawing stuff." S shrugged 

"Alright, what do you want me to do about it?" 

Khan scratched the back of his head "Can you talk to her or something? Snap her out of this funk?" S frowned 

"Dude she's your wife, you're SUPPOSED to help her out." 

Khan tries to come up with an answer but fails, S pinches his visor upset at this. 

"Ok, why didn't you ask Yeva? She's known Nori A LOT longer than me." 

"Well yeah but she-" 

S remembered facepalming himself "Oh yeah, she has her own kid now...Alright, lets see what's going on."

S and Khan arrived at his and Nori's living quarters. Khan opens the door and they both step in. Immediately S hears the sound of frantic scratching, coming from the bedroom. S looks towards a frightened Khan as they both step into the bedroom. S sees Nori sitting on the ground, drawing a picture on a piece of paper. "Hey Nori, see you've taken up interest in Bob Ross." S's joke barely gets a reaction from both Khan, and Nori. S rolls his eyes and steps towards Nori only to step on a piece of paper. S picks it up to see it's full of random symbols with random words like "doors" S's concern only grows as he looks at the other drawings on the ground. He picks up one with what seemed to be a blackhole. Another showed the solver symbol. But most of the drawings contained unnerving images of shadowy monsters, with wings, and a tail. A visible X could be seen on their face. S looks towards Nori, he is freaking out inside but is trying to keep calm. He steps towards Nori even more looking at the many drawings of the shadowy monsters. S finally is right behind Nori and kneels down to her level. 

"Nori...you ok?"

 S puts his hand on Nori's shoulder only for her to stop drawing and quickly turns around using the solver to launch S into the wall. Nori's angry expression turns to one of concern. 

"My gosh! I'm so sorry! I thought you were them!"

 S gets you coughing oil out of his mouth, he covers it to try and stop it from leaking onto the floor. Khan steps forward 

"What's wrong Nor-" 

Nori walks towards Khan taking a hold of his collar pulling him close until their videos are an inch away from each other "ARE THE DOORS DONE YET?" Khan shields his eyes away from Nori 

"I..I'm working on them right now sweetie!"

 Nori lets go of Khan gently. 

"I-im sorry it's just..I" Nori breaks down into tears before she stops and begins laughing to herself. S is more concerned than ever as Nori goes back to finishing her drawing. S turns to Khan "

What doors?" 

Khan looks at S worried "She told me that I needed to build the doors...to protect the colony from...incoming sky demons." S looks at Khan confused 

"Her words not mine!"

 S turns to Nori only for her to be mere inches away from S, he jumps back startled. "Look at these cool S's I can draw!" Nori shows off her latest masterpiece. A bunch of stylised S's drawn at random around the page. S looks at it unsure of what to say. 

"Do you like it?"

 Nori asks eagerly. 

"Uuuuh." 

Nori's face turns to one of sadness "YOU HATE IT!" Nori cries to herself softly only for her to begin giggling. 

S finally had enough of this and slaps Nori across the visor She rubs her visor looking at S sadly. 

"Thanks...I needed that." S's eyes turn to one of complete seriousness

 "What in the HELL is happening with you!" Nori breathes a bit. 

"I'm sorry it's just...I've been having dreams, and they felt so real...I drew them to try and figure them out, and...Khan I wanna..."

Khan scratches his head "Wanna what?" Nori walks over to Khan and holds his hand gently 

"Khan...I Wanna have a baby."

S's eyes widened! "WHAT?" Khan takes a few seconds to process what he just heard...only for him to pass out. S looks at Nori and then back to Khan. Well THAT explains the mood swings....S and Nori carry the passed out Khan onto the bed. S looks at Nori "Wow...how you feeling. Nori smirks a bit "Completely and utterly terrified." S chuckles and puts his hand on her shoulder 

"This is what you wanted...right? To be able to raise a family." Nori grinned "Yeah..." S looks at Khan whos still passed out. S grinned smuggly 

"I hope it's a boy."

 Nori scoffed and punched S in the arm 

"It's GONNA be a girl, dude." S rubbed his arm. 

"How are you so sure?" Nori looked at Khan 

"Because then I'd disown them." 

S gasped only for Nori to laugh 

"I'm JOKING Steve." S shook his head smiling 

"That's still a terrible thing to say!" 

Nori rolled her eyes "Oh, Bite Me!" S and Nori looked towards Khan who had begun snoring, they were quiet for a bit until S turned to Nori 

"Uuuh...about those dreams." Nori looked at S with a saddened look "Steve, I-" S shook his head "

No, don't worry I'm not mad...Just concerned." Nori sighed looking back at Khan 

"These monsters could destroy everything we have...If these dreams are true...What will we do?" S looks at her grinning 

"We do what we always do..Beat them up, anime style!" Nori snickered, 

"Pretty sure that's impossible." S shrugged 

"Well we're not gonna just accept our fate right?" Nori shook her head "No...no we won't" 

"Then we'll fight! And win! I want you and Khan's daughter...or son." Nori frowns at S "To have the best life...I'll help you guys...as a friend." Nori smirks, 

"You're more like a brother." 

S chuckles "I've heard that before....wanna go check on Yeva?" Nori walked over to the door with S following behind 

"Yeah..."
