It had been 3 weeks since my date with Levi an things were going perfectly. I had stayed over quite a few times and I met his little sister. She was so beautiful. Only 3 years old, but loomed exactly like Levi. Long brown hair (but Levi's had been cut short), with those blue eyes and a beautiful smile.
Over the past weeks, Levi and I had become even closer. He still always kisses my cheek and wraps his arms around me when we sleep. He was perfect in every way.
I was walking up the school hallway when I saw Levi and Reece, they both ran over to me and tackled me with a massive hug. They both had a mysterious look on their faces.
"What's up with you guys today?" I asked looking at them both with my eyebrows raised.
"uh, I have to go now. Bye!" Levi said running away from us and down the hall.
"Care to explain?" Reece just shook his head and told me to follow him. He lead me down the hall to my locker.
"My locker?" I said. He just nodded and opened it for me. Inside was a single rose with a note attached. It read: Elle, meet me at the sport hall today after school. I need to talk to you. L x
I felt a massive smile spread across my face as Reece grabbed my hand and pulled me to class.
I didn't pay attention in any of my classes, not that I ever really did, but today it was bad. I was eager for the day to end.e
Sitting in English in last period I noticed Levi and Reece weren't here. They had told me they had to help Mr Johnson.
I sat miserably throughout the whole lesson wondering what would happen this afternoon.
Finally the end bell rang and I picked up my stuff and bolted down to my locker. I ran down the halls and to the sport hall. I stopped at the doors to catch my breath.
Once I could breathe again I opened the double doors and wasl amazed at what I saw.
There in the middle of the hall was Levi, in dark jeans and a button up T-shirt holding a rose in his hand. He had a huge smile on his face and I couldn't help but smile too. The lights were dimmed and there was a soft music playing in the background.
Levi looked right into my eyes and ran up to me and indulged me in a long beautiful hug.
"What's all this for Levi?" I whispered still hugging him never wanting to let go.
"Elle, from the moment I laid eyes on you, my heart was completely yours and only yours. I've known you for 4 weeks no, and I know that's not long but I really like you, and I want tow spend all my time making sure you know exactly how beautiful
and precious you are, so Elle. will you be my girlfriend?" He was now holding the rose up for me. I was completely shocked but I knew I wanted to be with him.
"yes." I said softly with a smile playing on my lips. I looked up at him and saw that he also had a smile on his. He bent his head down and looked at me with a smile and in a matter of seconds he crashed his lips against mine and embraced me in his arms so my legs were now wrapped around his waist. We finally pled apart from our kiss only for him to crash his lips to mine again.
"You are perfect Elle. Never forget that!" He said as he put me down on my feet. He looked over to the door where Reece was, why hadn't I noticed him there?
Reece had a massive smile on his face. He walked over to us an held both our hands up in the air.
"SHE SAID YES!" He screamed out to God knows who and started his own round of applause. My best friend was a lunatic. But I wouldn't have him any other way.
We all made our way to Reece's truck and jumped in, my hand never leaving Levi's. We decided to celebrate that we would all go back to Levi's house and have a mini party. We bought ingredients to make our own pizzas, as well as banana smoothies and a whole lot of chips, ice cream and lollies.
When we arrived to Levi's house I was engulfed in a hug by Ally (his little sister) followed by Ava (his 6 year old sister) and then his mum and dad. They all started shouting questions at me about how Levi asked me out and the events that followed. So we decided to make it a family night and we all made pizzas and talked about it all over dinner.
We played board games, and watched some movies, and by the end of the night Ally was fast asleep on my lap and Ava was asleep on Levi's. We carefully picked up the girls and put them into their beds and said goodnight to his mum and dad. Reece had left once the board games were over, because he was tired.
I hopped in Levi's bed next to him and in a matter of seconds we were fast asleep wrapped in each others arms.
