Unmasked Feelings [CH- 32]

As the next day dawned, KS made her way back to Lucknow, despite Haseena's insistence to accompany her. KS firmly told Haseena to stay back and return with her mother. Upon arriving in Lucknow, KS headed to meet DSP sir first, then decided to visit her own thana, MPT beforehand , finally reaching the station to her surprise, she saw Rizwan Khan already there. KS approached him to inquire about his sudden presence.

KS:  " what a surprise Mr Rizwan Khan ? Ama aap yahan ka kar rahe hain? " 

  Rizwan greeted her with a serene, friendly smile, leaving KS puzzled by his unexpected change in demeanor. Rizwan then expressed, 

" Surprised toh hum bhi thode bohat hain , aap  itna samman ke sath, Ba kaida Mr jod ke humara Nam pukar rahi hain Inspector Singh.
 I am more than overjoyed..." 

Ks carefully observed his expression then questioned, " woh ka hai na mushkil waqt mein gadha bhi pehlwan baan jata hain par humko e nehi samajh AA Raha milne toh hum ane wale the apse par achanak aap kaise prakat ho gaye ? Ama dur drishti wagera nap lete hain ka aap?" 

Rizwan - " Filhaal kuch Aisa hi samajh lijiye inspector.. I've come to take responsibility for what happened here. I'll tell the media that it was an opponent who targeted my father out of misunderstanding and revenge." 

KS was taken aback by Rizwan's revelations. and questioned him about his sudden transformation.

KS -  " But why this sudden change, Mr Rizwan ?" 

Rizwan - " I've realized the importance of leading a simpler life. I'll take my father abroad to distance ourselves from the chaos. I don't want to repeat his mistakes. Forgiveness has finally made sense to me." 

KS- " Ama ye Kamal kaise hua matlab thoda vistar se samjhayenge ,
Mr  Rizwan ?" 

Rizwan- " Understanding that my father paid the price for his misdeeds. His safety amidst it all is a blessing. I've learned my lesson." 

As Rizwan explained the matter, KS nodded in agreement but the unusual changes left her in doubt. 

As Rizwan came out of the thana one of his men's asked in a hush voice, " sir woh sniper ko itni mushkil se Humne appoint Kiya tha itni paise kharach hue uske piche par abhi aap samne se ake media mein sab aligation hata kyun rahe hain?" 

" Tum chinta mat karo abbas , investment kiya hain toh voh wapas bhi mere paas hi ayega.." Rizwan said passing a tricky smile 

" Matlab hum kuch samjhe nehi sir?, ye sab karne se fayda toh Karishma Singh or mahila police thana ka hi hoga humara kya fayda hain isme? Humko toh Karishma Singh ko khatam karna chaiye tha Puri tarah se,  Jo voh sniper nehi kar paya . Par aap ulta uske sath haat Mila liya aise acche vartap kiya ? " Agitatedly Asked by his men Abbas.

" You know what, " making a fist while pumping apon his arms rizwan stated,  "Karishma Singh ko yhaan ki takat se khatam nehi Kiya Jaa sakta.." then he pointed on the side of his head as he mentioned on his brain he said with utmost hatred, 

" usko yhaan se khatam karna hoga .. jo kaam dushman banke nehi kar skte woh dost ban ke kar sakte hain .." 

" Par sir, Karishma Singh ko dekh kar lagta nehi woh itni asani se biswas karengi apko...! Upar se humari haat se hospital ke deals Khan sahab ke rutba, shohrat sab chut Gaya. Aab upar se Haseena Mallick bhi Karishma Singh ki dost ban chuki hain, ussi ne hi bachaya hain Karishma Singh ko hospital leke wohi gayi thi..." Abbas worriedly stated.

" Umm..hmm, " nodding his head around Rizwan utter, " ye hi galat observation kar Gaye tum , ye sirf Dosti nehi hain , jis tarah se Karishma Singh ne Haseena Mallick ko bachaya khud ke sharir me bullet le liya ....! " Squinching his nose he added up, " Wohi ghisi piti Mohabbat ke boo aa rahi hain isme se ..."
