Time heals everything.

May be that was the case in Taehyung too. The last three years have been a rollercoaster ride. He had experienced every emotion he never thought he would.

Staying away from jungkook and not seeing him again was a difficult task than taehyung thought. Initially when Taehyung found out jungkook went back, he was devasted once again. Everything was back to square one. It was like when he came to US without no one by his side when everyone left him five years back.

But it all changed when zara entered his life. She was a beautiful angel that kept him insane over the past three years. It will be more real when he tells that she healed him. She did.

Back on days when Taehyung misses the younger , he just wanted to cry his heart out and destroy everything around him. But zara made him forgot the pain. She always does.

But that doesn't mean taehyung forget the younger. He hates himself for uttering those words to the younger. He knew he did wrong that day. Whatever be the reason, no one can change the fact it was jungkook who was his first love. It was jungkook whom he lost his heart too.

Whatever jungkook did to him he knows some are worst. But he can't hide the fact his heart dont want to belong to anyone else other than jungkook.

No one knows anything about zara. Only jimin. And he made sure to keep it as a secret from his own husband. And taehyung was more than thankful for that.

He came to know about jungkook's whereabouts all these years from jimin. And that's how he knew the younger tried to overdose with sleeping pills the week he departed. He had encountered issues with sleeping that he was assigned another doctor. And that one day when the younger randomly showed up at jimin's house and fell on his knees asking jimin to forgive him for not talking to him all these years. For not understand him. He was angry in jimin cause he was there with taehyung when everything happened to him at the time, hence he distanced from the said man. But now he was there to beg the him.

Jimin told him how jungkook was a mess for one whole year and it was yoongi who finally took the matter in his hands. He made sure jungkook was in his right state of mind all the time, and taehyung was quite thankful to that. Taehyung also received a letter from jungkook exactly four months after the younger gone back to Korea. It had a legal documents of the ten percent share of kim's jewels and cars being transferred back to Taehyung. He wrote that he had kept those shares because he used it as a key to try and win tae back. He needed something to be near the elder and that the shares gave him opportunity to be with the elder in his company. And now that taehyung said he only brings him pain, he decided to stay away and give back the shares.

But despite those things, jungkook seemed to send letters and gifts on special occasions to Taehyung but the elder never replied to them. Despite not getting any response jungkook kept sending letters to the elder not often but only on important days.

Like the letter he sent to taehyung on his birthday. He wrote that he misses him. He wrote that he was sorry and if he could turn back the time, he will do anything to change it.

And one time, he wrote about moving out of the house they shared as it only reminds him of the way taehyung suffered and that the reason was none other than himself. He also wrote about important things he does or any intruding things he see or hear.

It had almost became an habit for Taehyung to look forward for the next letter the younger would send him. Those letters always make him happy. His memories were now only filled with the jungkook who tried to woo him for almost two months with everything he could, before he broke and sent him away.

The jungkook who hurted him and never trusted him was buried in the back of his mind.
