Although it's only been a week working at her company, Enya has barely met most of her coworkers. Sitting in her bed, she was making a plan called 'Operation, get to know your coworkers', not very creative, but it's straight to the point. Falling onto her back, signing, "I really need help." She had a lot of ideas on how she would introduce herself, but none sounded plausible or realistic in the slightest.

"Maybe I should call Sophia," Enya said aloud. 'She could be busy though'. Enya felt defeated, ultimately deciding to take a walk, hopefully clearing her head in the process. After putting a coat and shoes on, she exited her apartment, taking her time locking her door.

Taking in the view in front of her, it was currently early afternoon, passing the park. She sees Sofia with a little girl. 'That must be harmony.' Enya thought with a smile. A man then approached both of them. His name was Louis Brown, Sophia's husband of 4 years, who married her after the birth of their daughter. Enya couldn't help but feel that in the sight of the happy family, it made her feel happy for her friend but reminded her of what she never had: a happy family and a good childhood.

Enya sighed and looked away. 'I'm happy you could give Harmony the childhood both of us never had'. After a while, she continued on her walk, passing families, couples, and friends. It made her feel warm, but it was a reminder of what she could only wish to have. Lost in thought, she eventually arrived at the same cafe she had frequently visited for the past week.

"Good morning," a worker shouted, welcoming Enya in. "Morning," Enya responded, making her way to the counter. "What can I get you today?" The young lady said cheerfully, "Can I get a latte and eclair, please?" Enya asked. "Alright, will that be all?" said the young lady. "Yes," Enya answered. "That will be $13.55" "Okay, here you go," Enya said, handing her cash. "Oh, and keep the change," Enya said. "Thank you," said the girl, giving her a kind smile.

As Enya waited for her order, she took the time to stare out the window; unlike when she left her apartment, it was now cloudy outside. 'Great,' Enya thought. But before she could continue complaining about the sky to herself, her name was called.

After receiving her drink and her treat, she thanked the worker and left, starting her walk home. As she walked outside, it started to sprinkle, eventually becoming a straight downpour. 'You have got to be kidding me,' Enya thought, now running, but considering she lived pretty far from the cafe, it was going to take a while to get home.

Giving up, with her eclair now spoiled and her latte gone, she walked home. She was soaked, grumbling under her breath about how she would have to go to work tomorrow, likely sick.

Eventually getting home, she unlocked the door and walked to the bathroom. Looking at her reflection, she looked horrible, her hair clinging to her face, her makeup smeared every which way. She sighed, taking her coat off and dropping it on the floor. She walked over to the bathtub, turned the knob, then walked out and entered her room.

Sighing, she opened her closet, took out her suitcase, and searched for an outfit. Since her room only had her bed in it, there was no place for her to put her clothes; besides hanging them up in the closet, she just kept them in her suitcase. Finding an outfit she liked, she wandered back to the bathroom.

Feeling better after her bath, Enya stretched herself on her bed. "Okay, I got this!" Enya said encouragingly to herself. Looking over her plans, she decided on just going around and introducing herself, which was simple and effective. Her original plan was to get coffee or something for everyone, but she barely knows half the people, and she doesn't have that type of money.

As she had work tomorrow, she decided to turn in for the night.
