Chapter 2 : MVP

Minji

My palm still hurts a little, but it's better than yesterday thanks to Ka-- thanks to Haerin.

I kept looking at my palms for some reason.

It was the first time that we showed that we still care about each other even with all this hatred we have with each other.

(At school)

I entered the room feeling soft all of a sudden. I don't know why, all I know is that this is the first time I felt it.

Anyway, we're having 2 sports event today which is soccer and volleyball.

Great, my palm is still healing. Why did the game had to be today?! Ugh.

"Hey! Minji! You sure you can play today? Your palm isn't well." Lim, my teammate turned to me and asked.

"Yeah, it's better than yesterday so I guess I could play." I replied.

"M'kay, careful with that." I nodded in response.

After a while, our coach called us in for practice.

"Gather up! I don't want ya'll to be messing around and I don't want a mediocre gameplay. The upcoming game with Yonsei is today so if you mess it up here, don't even think that you'd win there." Our coach stated.

We began our practice and continued for the next 45 minutes and thankfully, my palm isn't hurting much.

Haerin

I have my soccer play today together with the volleyball players against Yonsei so we gotta practice till our coach is satisfied with our gameplay.

After 45 minutes of non-stop running and kicking on the field, we ended the practice while my legs ended up hurting a bit.

I met Minji as I was walking away from the field.

She just looked at me then looked at my hurt legs, and then continued walking away.

I don't know why I felt offended there.

I went to get my water bottle to drink and pour some in my head because today is freaking ass HOT.

I shook my head to get rid of some dripping water and then took a seat before going to the shower room.

...

"You really like following me around don't you?"

Said Haerin as she saw Minji enter the shower room as well.

"Dream on..." Minji rolled her eyes.

Haerin scoffed and then entered one of the cubicles.

After Minji set her things down on one of the benches, she walked up to the cubicle where Haerin is and opened the door.

She swung the door wide open but blocked the inside with her body and rested both her elbows between the door frame.

"What in the actual fuck are you doing?!?!"

Haerin screamed and immidiately covered her upper body.

"Calm downnnn~ You aren't really naked are you?"

Minji let out an airy laugh while Haerin gave her an angry but cute expression.

"Just close the fucking door! Ugh!! Oh my god Minji!!"

Haerin whisper yelled and pulled the door in to close it, which led Minji to stumble a little and move closer to Haerin.

Now the two are both inside the cubicle.
