27. CALISTA KOSIKAWA

CHRISTIAN's POV

"Calista or Sarah? Which ever you prefer, we can go with that." Her face goes numb. She is looking at me like I revealed the one secret she hide from me. If I had any doubtes about information being false , all were clear as crystal from the look on her face. The one person I thought I could trust my daughter with was the one I should not have.

"You have 1 chance to explain yourself Miss. Be honest this time. For fuck sake, be honest."

She moves towards me but I take a step back.
"Christian, I never wanted to betray you. And I have not betrayed you either. Except for hiding my identity I never lied to you. "

"Tell me everything from the beginning why you did this to me and what have I done to deserve this?"

I don't know what hurts more? Her cursing my brother or calling her Miss Kosikawa.

And she bursts into tears. On her knees with her hands wrapped around her and eyes bursting with thick tears. But the doubts the questions in me stop me from touching her consoling her.

The one question I have but dont want the answer to....

"Did you kill my brother?"
