Soohyun POV
At first, I wasn't nervous at all. I was excited actually. I knew Queen of Tears would be a big hit. My chemistry with Jiwon was perfect like a match made in heaven. The production and story line were also flawless. But when I saw how beautiful Jiwonie looked today I suddenly got jitters. If I mess this up, I would probably cause great havoc and stress to her. I would probably lose her too. Andwe. I will end today's conference with flying colors.
But I guess, my years of experience in acting wasn't enough to cover my nervousness today. Just like our first day of shooting, Jiwonie was calm while I looked like a puffing fish with how I took deep breaths from time to time.
Also, I got worried for her because of the stairs. She almost slipped backstage a while ago. So whenever she walk, I couldn't stop from myself from checking on her. It was fine, right? I was just being a gentleman.
I was asked how was it working with Kim Jiwon. And I was glad we did a little practice last night.
" I can't help but nickname her the 'Queen of Consideration' or 'Queen of Concentration.' Her focus on the set was remarkable. Honestly, there were times when I lost my concentration, but looking at Jiwon, I could regain my focus."
I tried not to laugh at how she exaggerated her reaction like she had no clue what I was about to say.
Regarding our closeness, I answered, "rather than showing it on the outside like this, I think we first felt the thoughts and feelings we had of each other...." it sounded too honest and controversial so I added, "on the drama set."
But when I was asked what was the most memorable heart warming scene I had, my mind went blank. Kissing was at the tip of my tongue and I knew I shouldn't voice that out. So I just answered the heavy scene from ep 14.
"It was an emotional scene..." I said as I looked at Jiwon for confirmation. But I got distracted. Her eyes were telling me something. "And also uri..." oh wait! I should not say uri. I went blank. Thankfully, the MC was quick and helped me out. "Kim Jiwon-shi did a great job with it."
Whew, that was close.
When we got off stage, I asked Jiwonie. "I didn't make mistakes right?"
"You did great," she answered.
Dahaengida. Thank goodness.
