 A Night to Remember

The living room was aglow with the warm light of candles and string lights, casting a cozy ambiance over the sleepover gathering. Y/N, Sunday, Topaz, Robin, Aventurine, and Dr. Ratio had all come together for a rare evening of relaxation and fun at Robin's apartment. The air was filled with the sounds of laughter, playful banter, and the clinking of glasses as the group enjoyed each other's company.

"Let's get this party started!" Topaz exclaimed, raising her glass high. "To good friends and great times!"

The others echoed her sentiment, raising their glasses in unison. Y/N, feeling particularly giddy, took a generous sip of her drink. It was a potent concoction, a mix of various spirits that Robin had crafted with her usual flair. The taste was sweet but strong, and it wasn't long before Y/N felt the warmth of the alcohol spreading through her veins.

As the night wore on, the drinks continued to flow, and the group's laughter grew louder. They played games, told stories, and shared secrets, the bonds between them growing stronger with each passing moment. Y/N, who was usually reserved and cautious, found herself letting go, embracing the carefree spirit of the evening.

"Who wants to play truth or dare?" Sunday suggested, a mischievous grin on his face."Count me in!" Y/N replied enthusiastically, her cheeks flushed from the alcohol.

The group settled into a circle, the energy in the room buzzing with anticipation. The game quickly became a series of outrageous dares and revealing truths, each turn eliciting roars of laughter and gasps of surprise. Y/N found herself daring Topaz to sing an impromptu song and laughing uncontrollably as she belted out a hilariously off-key rendition of a pop hit.

As the game progressed, Y/N's vision began to blur slightly, and she felt a pleasant haze settling over her mind. She was having the time of her life, surrounded by friends and feeling a sense of belonging that warmed her heart.

At one point, Robin dared Y/N to chug a particularly strong drink. Feeling invincible, Y/N accepted the challenge, downing the drink with gusto. The room erupted in cheers as she finished, and she felt a rush of pride and exhilaration.

But as the night wore on, the alcohol began to take its toll. Y/N's movements became more unsteady, her words more slurred. Aventurine, who had been keeping a watchful eye on her, noticed her growing inebriation and decided it was time to intervene.

"Hey, Y/N," he said gently, kneeling beside her. "I think it's time for you to get some rest."

Y/N blinked up at him, her vision swimming. "I'm fine, Aven," she insisted, her words slurred. "I'm having fun."

Aventurine smiled, his expression softening. "I know you are, but you need to get some sleep. Come on, I'll help you."

Reluctantly, Y/N allowed Aventurine to help her to her feet. The room spun around her, and she clung to him for support, her legs unsteady. With great care, Aventurine guided her to one of the bedrooms, the others watching with a mixture of amusement and concern.

Once inside the room, Aventurine helped Y/N sit on the edge of the bed. She looked up at him, her eyes glassy and unfocused. "You're such a good friend, Aven," she murmured, her voice thick with emotion.

Aventurine chuckled softly. "And you're a great friend too, Y/N. Now, let's get you to bed."He gently eased her down onto the bed, pulling the covers over her. As he turned to leave, Y/N reached out and grabbed his wrist, her grip surprisingly strong.

"Stay," she whispered, her eyes pleading. "Don't go."

Aventurine hesitated, torn between his desire to give her space and his concern for her well-being. "Are you sure?" he asked softly.

Y/N nodded, her eyes wide and earnest. "Please."

With a sigh, Aventurine sat down on the edge of the bed. Y/N shifted, moving closer to him. Before he could react, she wrapped her arms around his waist and pulled him down beside her, snuggling up against him.

"You're so hot, Aven," she mumbled, her words slurred. "I love you."

Aventurine's heart skipped a beat, his face flushing with surprise and embarrassment. "Y/N, you're drunk," he said gently, trying to keep his voice steady.

But Y/N wasn't listening. She leaned in and pressed her lips to his in a clumsy, drunken kiss. The sensation was both exhilarating and bewildering, leaving Aventurine momentarily speechless.

As Y/N pulled back, her eyes half-closed, she murmured, "I really do love you, Aven," before drifting off to sleep, her head resting against his chest.

Aventurine lay there, his mind racing. He wished with all his heart that Y/N were sober, that her words were spoken with clarity and intent. Gently, he brushed a strand of hair from her face, his expression filled with a mixture of tenderness and longing.

"I really wish you were sober," he whispered softly, his voice barely audible.
