Apparently baking cookies were the way to get everything out in the open — Sabrina and Lockwood were proof of this. It had been simple, congratulatory cookies to celebrate the fact that she and her best friend would be leaving their agency and joining Lockwood and Co.
What was meant to be a cute bonding moment had ended in tears and the couple ending up as close as possible.
Maybe there was something in the air (possibly the smoke from the first batch that they had burnt) but once Sabrina opened her mouth she could not stop herself. She told him everything, what she had been keeping from him for weeks, how shitty her parents were making her feel, how paranoid she was to be in her own body.
