So, I was tossing ideas, and first drafts, at Fire again, and one thing led to other while I was plotting the next chapter, and it lead to this...
Anyway, by now, I think that most of you should have picked up on the fact that something is up with Swap/Blue, and that he is not who he says he is.
This is something that I had planned from the beginning.
So, many thanks to Firehedgehog for writing this Interlude, and for dealing with me when I'm trying to rub two braincells together, and come up with new chapters.

In the end, it was so easy...Berry giggled at that thought, after all, Monsters only saw what they expected to see.
The Stars Sanses... He thought that the name was silly, but he played the part of Swap well. After all, he was a Swap Sans too, he just had to make sure to not... well, be himself.
Ink called him a Yanberry, he liked it.
It could be a pet name, but only if Ink, and the yummy looking Dreamy, would stop worrying about Swap.
In a spurt of anger, Berry threw his book against a wall, why wouldn’t they look at him?! Their faces, their voices, they were identical!
"Fricking Swap, stupid original!" He snarled, hands reaching out as if he could choke the other to dust. But nooo, Ink and Dream just had to be in love with the first, which meant that if he killed Swap, he would be killing himself.
He couldn’t even punish the damn original, the council, or rather, those that had allied with him, had Swap locked up, in some place that he couldn’t get to, to keep Ink and Dreamy under their thumbs.
He heard the familiar footsteps of Ink walking down the hallway, and he squealed, leaping out of his room, to cling onto their lovely arms.
"Inky, baby!" He squealed, and the Soulless artist stared at him, blankly. He loved that empty gaze, and without his paint, Ink was so precious.
"Let go." Came the empty voice, and Ink pushed the yandere off of his arm.
"Why do you do this?" Dream asked, glaring at Berry, having been there the whole time.
"You're both mine, and I’ll kill anyone that takes both of you from me." He squealed, sounding a lot like a fourteen year old fan girl, to a boy band.
Dream winced at the volume, the Shattered type Guardian was so dark and broody nowadays.
He loved it.
"We’re not yours, and we never will be." Ink said, taking Dream's hand, with the two of them heading to their cell like room, away from Berry.
"But you are! You'll never have Swap again! The council told me so!" Berry laughed.
"Go to hell!" Dream snarled, slamming the door shut behind him.
After all, the Council was always right.
"Isn't reality wonderful?!" He giggled.
It really was. It had been so kind to give him new loves after the first one had died.
He still sulked over the fact that he never got to see that Skeleton with the pretty rose pink eyelights again, the Council having gotten to him first, but these two were a fine replacement for him.
He would just have to make sure that they never saw their precious Swap again. After all, they belonged to him now, and everyone believed that he was Swap, having chosen to change his name, to reflect the changes in the Multiverse.
"One day, both of you will love me too!" He giggled, already imagining all three of them, having a white wedding.
After all, as long as he followed the plan that his benefactor gave to him, nothing would go wrong.
