Things seemed.....almost normal.

If you looked over the fact that Sixtine now lived in America with a bunch of demigods and had supposedly godly parentage. And also the fact she had a pile of gifts resting on her bed, all wrapped in a yellow paper from a certain god above.

Things were normal.

Almost.

"Bend your arm!" Luke bellowed nearly making her jump out of her skin.

Luke Castilian was usually a sweet and nice person, but when it came to sword fighting he scared Sixtine.

The Harpe sword in her hand felt like it had belonged there forever, not something she had picked up a few months ago.

"Good job!" Luke patted her arm after she hacked away at the dummy in front of her.

She beamed up at him, nothing felt better than validation from a teacher, after all the bullshit she'd gotten for being dyslexic.

"Six," Luke called her out during their rest time, his eyes trained where Clarrise led the spear class teaching Francis, "Your brother is really different from you,"

"Hmm?" Sixtine hummed following Luke's gaze to her brother.

Sixtine knew her brother was different, they looked alike but still had completely different personalities. Francis was more practical, more detail oriented, but still Sixtine knew he was her twin, it was from deep within.

They shared a sort of telepathy, being in tune with each other's emotions despite having different personalities.

"Francis is more mature," Sixtine answered Luke, "I had some bad luck with my adopted family, Francis took care of me, so i guess he grew up before time,"

Luke nodded, his gaze a little far away before he snapped back and offered her an easy smile, "Can relate,  i always took care of Annabeth like a little sister too,"

Sixtine internally cringed. Annabeth had the biggest crush on Luke, which was a weird concept but Sixtine didn't really comment considering she had a prophecy tying her to a century old Sun god. But it still was a little weird considering Luke was a normal guy.

Sixtine laughed awkwardly, "Oh I bet," she smacked her head inside her thoughts at that weird reply.

She'd been hanging out with her siblings and the daughter of Athena for a while. Ever since she woke up in the medical room with Chiron telling her she fainted after listening to her prophecy because of the overpowering spirit of Delphi, Sixtine had questions.

When she had told Chiron and Mr. D the prophecy, Mr. D had snorted and drawled,"Just what i wanted, to harbour Apollo's little soulmate down here in a camp full of little helions,"

That kind of answered 80 percent of her questions, the rest were blanks filled in by Lee Fletcher, (who's dad was Apollo and it was weird) and Annabeth.

Francis was throwing a hissy fit about the entire thing, but maybe it was the Aphrodite side in her but sometimes Sixtine liked the attention she had from the sun god.

He sent her gifts nearly every week, sent flowers sometimes and the sun followed her around as if she was the centre of its attention.

It made her feel giddy inside that somebody cared for her.

"Your lesson is done for today," Luke told them all, "Tomorrow we'll try using what we learned today one on one,"

Sixtine trudged up to her brother, summer was coming to an end. Their parents were made aware of their whereabouts by Chiron, who'd somehow by manipulating the mist made their parents let them be.

A huge announcement had been made on camp about demigods being invited up to Olympus during the winter solstice, Francis and Sixtine had signed up for the trip alongside Luke, Annabeth and a lot of their siblings.

"Hey, Six," Silena caught up with Sixtine as the girl headed for Lunch, "Babe why are owls following you around?"

"What?" Sixtine questioned looking around, sure enough there were multiple owls all around camp half blood, and they seemed to be following where Sixtine and Francis went.

She looked around frantically, what in fresh hell? She caught sight of Francis running up to her, a same confused and frantic look on his face. Silena sensing the tension wrapped them both in her arms as soon as Francis reached them and started pulling them to their cabin.

"Hey calm down you both," she soothed them down, adding charm-speak to her voice, "You stay here, pull the curtains, I'll hold bring Chiron,"

Francis nodded, pulling the curtains down.

"Did you see the weird black cat too?" Francis questioned as soon as they were alone, "Or was it the owls,"

"Cat?" Sixtine hissed, opening her curtains to look outside, down in broad daylight a couple of owls rested, no sign of any cat lady "Is that even practically possible?"

"They are primarily nocturnal creatures, but they can come out in daylight," Francis replied matter-of-factly, earning a blank look from Sixtine. "It was a rhetorical question,"

"Right," Francis said, shaking his head slightly.

"But what about the cat? Did you see her?" Sixtine asked, drawing the curtains back.

Francis nodded, his expression growing serious. "Yeah, I caught a glimpse of her during my practice. She seemed...strange."

"What was wrong with the cat?" Sixtine asked.

"She was staring at me, almost felt like she could understand me," Francis replied, they both sat on Sixtine's bed, frowning.

There was silence as they both mulled over the situation. Sixtine turned to Francis, "Hey you never told me your prophecy, maybe it might help,"

Francis hesitated for a second before opening his mouth, just as he was about to tell her somebody knocked on the cabin door making them both alert.

Francis stood up, opening the door, a grim looking Chiron stood outside holding envelopes.

"Francis, Sixtine," he greeted them both, "You have some letters for you,"
