Days passed, and the tension around Y/N and Taehyung only grew as the police struggled to track down Yoongi. Despite their best efforts, Yoongi remained elusive, and his behavior became increasingly erratic. Taehyung had intensified security around Y/N, but the constant fear was taking its toll on both of them.

One morning, as Y/N arrived at her office, she noticed a familiar, yet unsettling sight: another bouquet of roses sitting on her desk. Her heart sank as she saw the crimson petals and the ominous envelope nestled within them. She hesitated, then took a deep breath and opened the envelope, her hands shaking.

This time, the letter was different. The paper was stained with what appeared to be blood, and the words were written in a messy, erratic scrawl. Y/N's stomach turned as she read:

---

My Dearest Y/N,

I've tried to show you the depth of my love, but you keep rejecting me. Do you not understand how much I care for you?

This blood is a symbol of my devotion, a piece of myself that I'm giving to you. Every drop signifies the pain of being apart from you, the agony of knowing that you are with someone else.

I will not be ignored. You and I are meant to be together, and I will make sure you see that, no matter what it takes.

Yours forever,
Yoongi

Y/N felt a wave of nausea wash over her. She dropped the letter onto her desk and stumbled backward, her breath coming in quick, shallow gasps. Just then, Hoseok walked into her office and immediately noticed her distress.

"Y/N, what's wrong?" he asked, his voice urgent.

She pointed to the letter on her desk, unable to speak. Hoseok quickly picked it up, his eyes widening as he read the contents.

"This is sick," he muttered, his face hardening with anger. "We need to get Taehyung."

Hoseok left the office swiftly, returning moments later with Taehyung, who looked visibly alarmed. Y/N was sitting in her chair, trying to compose herself.

Taehyung approached her gently. "Y/N, are you okay?" he asked, his voice soft but filled with concern.

She nodded weakly, though she didn't feel okay at all. I don't know how much more of this I can take," she admitted, her voice trembling.

Taehyung picked up the letter, his jaw clenching as he read the blood-stained words. "This is beyond harassment. It's a direct threat. We need to escalate our response."

He turned to Hoseok. "Get this to forensics immediately. We need to run a full analysis. And I want a team dedicated to tracking him down. We can't let this go on."

Hoseok nodded and left to carry out Taehyung's orders. Taehyung then turned back to Y/N, taking her hands in his. "Y/N, I'm so sorry this is happening. I promise you, we will catch him. I won't let him hurt you."

Tears welled up in Y/N's eyes, and she nodded. "Thank you, Taehyung. I just want this nightmare to end."

---

That evening, Taehyung insisted on staying with Y/N, not wanting her to be alone. They sat together in her living room, the tension from the day still hanging heavily in the air.

"I don't understand how he's managing to evade us," Y/N said, frustration clearly in her voice. "He's always one step ahead."

"We'll find him," Taehyung reassured her, his voice firm. "I've called in additional resources. We won't stop until he's caught."

Y/N leaned against him, drawing comfort from his presence. "I'm scared, Taehyung. He's becoming more unhinged. What if he tries something more drastic?"

Taehyung held her tighter. "We're not going to let that happen. We'll increase your security, and I'll stay with you as long as it takes. You're not alone in this, Y/N."

As the night wore on, Y/N found some semblance of peace in Taehyung's arms. They fell asleep on the couch, the sense of safety he provided a balm to her frayed nerves.

---

The following morning, the investigation team updated Taehyung with little progress on Yoongi's whereabouts. Frustration and determination mixed within him as he doubled down on efforts to locate the disturbed man.

Y/N, despite her fears, decided to go to work. She couldn't let Yoongi's actions paralyze her life. As she arrived at the office, she noticed an increased security presence-a clear sign that Taehyung was taking no chances.

Throughout the day, her colleagues offered support, and Hoseok was a constant presence, ensuring she was never alone. Despite the looming threat, their encouragement and Taehyung's unwavering commitment gave Y/N the strength to keep going.

But as night approached, the anxiety returned. Every shadow seemed sinister, every noise amplified. Back at her apartment, she and Taehyung kept a vigilant watch, knowing that Yoongi's obsession wasn't something that would fade easily.

"I'll be here, every night if I have to," Taehyung told her, his eyes were full of determination.

Y/N nodded, grateful beyond words. "Thank you, Taehyung. I don't think I could get through this without you."

"We're in this together," he replied, pulling her close. "And we'll get through it. I promise."

As they settled in for another tense night, both of them knew the road ahead would be challenging. But with each other's support and the relentless pursuit of justice, they were ready to face whatever came next.
