We landed in South Korea! We were finally here, dumped our bags in our hotel room, and now the five of us were just chilling.

Feeling a little restless, I spun around in my chair. "Hey guys, how about we hit a convenience store? They might have cool snacks!"

"Ooh, me!" Yumi bounced in her seat. "Maybe they have those melon milk drinks I saw online!"

Hana and Emi looked at each other. "We're good for now," Hana said.

"Maybe grab some snacks for later?" Ivy yelled from her phone, probably looking for a cute cafe to take pictures at. Yumi and I took off into the warm night air.

The whole street was lit up with crazy signs, way different from back home. We found a store that glowed like a giant green bug and walked in.

The cashier chirped a greeting in Korean, and Yumi nudged me, "What are you getting?"

"Just a drink," I said, heading over to the cooler. I was about to grab a green tea when I accidentally bumped into someone.

"Oh sorry!" I blurted, bowing a little like I'd seen people do on TV. The guy was wearing a mask and a hat that covered most of his face.

But his eyes... they were like giant brown marbles, and for some reason, they looked really familiar. We stared at each other for a sec before he looked away.

"No worries," he mumbled, picking up some chips that fell. His voice was kind of deep, and it also seemed familiar somehow.

The guy bowed quickly and walked away. Then, he stopped and did a double-take at my backpack.

"Engene?" he muttered, pointing at it.

"Huh?" I squeaked. What did he just say? He grinned, pointing at a specific spot.

"You like ENHYPEN? Cool photocard!"

"Oh yeah!" I blurted, my heart starting to race. But wait, did he just...? He tilted his head, a playful smile peeking out from under the mask.

"Didn't you recognize me?" My brain short-circuited. Recognize him? Why should I...? Suddenly, he pulled me to the side and yanked down his mask. My breath hitched. There, under the bright store lights, stood a face I knew all too well – handsome, cute, and way too familiar.

My mind went blank. How to breathe? How to blink? How to function at all?

"Ji-Jina?" Yumi's voice cut through the fog in my head.

"Y-Yeah?" I stammered, glued to the spot where the masked guy once stood. He just winked, slipped his mask back on, bowed politely, and walked out of the store. I stared after him, my mind in a whirlwind. Yumi stood beside me, her arms overflowing with snacks.

"You okay?" she asked, her brow furrowed.

"I-I don't..." My voice cracked. Why couldn't I form a single sentence?
