Chapter 9

Author's pov

She froze and turned to look at him with wide eyes.

"T-there isn't anything left to say about that, is there?"

Jaehyun sighed.

He wasn't even sure why he said that out loud.

Sometimes words and sentences just slipped out without him being able to stop them...annoying.

He cleared his throat.

"W-well I actually wanted to..."

He fought with himself and then spit out the word:

"Apologise..."

Her eyes went even wider from before but then within one second her whole face including expression softened.

"I don't know where this is coming from so out of nowhere but...Imma accept it...", she answered.

A small smile tugged on the corner of her mouth, making her even more beautiful than before in his eyes.

Involuntarily a smile spread on his lips as well.

It did not go away until she pointed it out.

"Oh? Did you just smile?", she asked unbelieving.

During the short time she knew him she had always only seen him either emotionless, angry, annoyed or smirking.

This sweet smile was something completely new and she liked it.

"I did not", he answered his face being blank again within a second.

She only chuckled knowing what she just saw.

Little did they know tho they were being watched & recorded.

Time skip-next morning in class

Y/n sat on her chair, greeting the sleepy Leehan besides her, smiling.

Smiling bcz of the events from yesterday afternoon.

Not only had she made up with Jaehyun but he had also waited for her shift to end so he could walk her home.

They didn't talk much or deep but the small chats they have had were enough to make her mood rise extremely.

That didn't last long tho, only until she felt a disgustingly warm liquid run down her head into her neck.

She jumped up only to see the persons she wanted to see the least of all.

"What the god damn hell was that?!" she demanded while pointing at the rest of the liquid in the bowl they were holding.

They smirked.

"You'd like to know that huh?"

Their laughing woke up the napping Leehan.

When he saw what was going on he immediately stood up to defend her but that only resulted in him getting the remainder of the liquid on his head.
