Her eyes went wide. Really really wide. You would nearly fear that they could plop out atp.

Time-skip after her shift

Sungho's pov

I was relaxing with my dorm mate Woonhak when my phone rang.

Lazily I picked it up to see the caller's ID.

It was Y/n.

Isn't she working rn? Hmm obviously I'm gonna answer, she's my one and only sister after all.

"Yeah?"

"S-sungho hyung?"

Wait. Is she crying?

"Y/n? Are you okay?
What happened?"

"C-can you come and pick me up
please? The place is xxx café"

"Ofc ofc but seriously, what
happened? Who upset you?
Who do I have to punch in
the face?"

"W-would you mind if we talked
about that later? I will try to explain
everything to you in person"

I sighed.

"Okayy, see ya"

She hung up the call and I look at Woonhak who watched me apologetic.

"I'm sorry, that was my sister. I have to pick her up, we'll continue talking later okay?"

He smiled at me gently.

"Don't worry hyung. I understand that your sister is first priority. Hurry or she might get worried"

Author's pov

The older looked at the other fondly.

"Thank you for understanding~ I'll be back soon"

With that he made his way out of the dormitories.

He got into his car and started the engine quickly.

Skip to the café

When Sungho arrived he looked around searching his sister.

He spotted her on a bench under a dead tree.

Her gaze was fixed on the ground but the red, puffy, eyes couldn't be hidden.

Sungho hurried over to her, his brother-instincts kicking in.

Reaching her he slowed down and finally stopped in front of her.

His eyes soften a little but as soon as he noticed Y/n shivering all so slightly they turned worried again.

Quickly he took his jacket and hung it over her shoulders.

Only then she got aware of his presence.

Her eyes widened and she hastily wiped the remaining tear stains from her cheek.
