Chapter 7- Liar

Ada

As much as I'm enjoying it, I'm struggling to go along with what's happening. Joe Sugg currently has me pinned below him, and we are currently making out, despite the fact that he's apparently in a relationship.

"Stop" I manage to say as he attacks my neck with kisses. He pauses and smirks at me before continuing to kiss me.

"Joe! stop!" I say louder this time, pushing him off me. Thank god for the many hours I've been in the gym to maintain my fitness. Otherwise I might not have been able to get free.

"Ada."
I scramble up off the bed and dash towards the door. I desperately try to unlock it as Joe slowly walks to me.
Before I can get it unlocked he grabs my shoulders, spinning me around and pinning me to the wall.

"Why are you desperate to leave me?" Joe looks down to my face.

"Uh, well, uh" the blasted man is chewing his lip and smirking, making me simultaneously annoyed and very attracted, "I don't feel comfortable making out with you when you are in a relationship." i blurt out.

"Ah," he releases me and steps back a bit, "I'm going to end it, you know."

"I still don't want to kiss you until it's over. I refuse to be a home wrecker."

"You don't have to be a home wrecker Ada" his voice is softer than before, "But don't you feel like we have something?"

"Yes? Maybe? Oh, I don't know! We only just met!" I throw up my hands in annoyance.

"I would call it," he leans in and starts kissing up neck to my ear, "love at first sight"

"HOld Up!" I said pushing his torso away, "Hold up one second! Love at first sight? Are you fucking crazy?!"

"Maybe," he shrugs.

"Look, unless you leave me alone, I'm calling the police." I try to seem threatening.

"Oh really, little American girl, what's our emergency number?" He scoffed.

"999, I'm from Scotland originally, dumbass. Lived there for years." his face pales slightly and he backs up a little.
Thankfully at that moment, the door upstairs opens.

"We're back!" Jenn calls through the house. I shoot Joe a look that plainly says 'come near me and I rip your balls off' before unlocking the door and racing upstairs.

"Hey, guys. Look Caspar I don't mean to be rude but, it's Jenn and I's first night, so we would prefer to spend it just the two of us." Jenn casts me a weird look but says nothing as Joe comes up the stairs.

"That's okay," says Caspar, "come on Joe!" The pair walk out our apartment and as soon as they are out, I slam the door and lock it.

"Dude! What's up with you?" Jenn says accusingly.

"You're gonna think I'm crazy, but Joe just tried to hook up with me.."

"woo! Go you!" Jenn praises

"NO. He's in a fucking relationship and tried to cheat with me! He told me it was 'love at first sight'!" I choke out.

Jenn just shakes her head at me. "You're delusional." She walks away.

"But it's true!" I protest and then explain exactly what happened.

"You've always had such a vivid imagination."

"Why don't you believe me?" I ask Jenn, hurt.

"You are many things Ada; talented, pretty, kind, imaginative... But I never thought you were a liar." And with that Jenn storms down to her room and locks the door.
I race after her and bang on the door.

"Dude! LET ME IN!" I call.

"Go away Ada. I can't look at you."

"But," I can feel tears prickling my eyes," it's true"

"How can you say that about Joe? He's kind, sweet, considerate, funny and from what I heard from Caspar, he's the same IRL as in his videos! You are such a liar"
