Anthony stand at 5'10 and have black hair, that he later dyed white. He never shown his face and prefer to be covered in mask, but the lights where his eyes are indicate they are blue in color. Later on, after getting eye enhancements, it is shown to be able to glow red with pattern similar to a scope. When he take off his mask, it is revealed that he is a rather average looking man that always spot a neutral expression.
His most notable outfit is a simple black shirt with matching pants and shoes. Followed by light arm protection and a white hoodie. And of course, he is equipped with the mask that have voice changing feature. Right before he joined in the fight at Arasaka, Anthony's mask was slightly damaged to reveal one of his eyes that permanently switch to red in color. He also complete the get up with a sheathe for his katana.
Personality
As with other replicants, Anthony had been taught to be obedient and devoted to the usually questionable duties both as a blade runner. As a result, he rarely, if ever shown to be emotional and never smiles. Which contributes to his intimidating presence when on the job. The closest times he show emotion is whenever he went to a bar after job with a shot of bourbon in hand.
Even after being discharged and blacklisted from ever going into law again, Anthony never loses his inherent nature and becomes even closer to a a full on robot, especially during missions. To the point that Silverhand dubbing him as "not human" when he meet them. Later on, he slowly begin to show emotions as he stick around the group, eventually break into raging mad when he witness Saul's death by Smasher.
Powers and abilities
As he is a former blade runner, Anthony is shown to have enhanced strength as well as intelligence similar to a seasoned mercenary. He is also shown to be durable and can tank punches that can knock out a regular person. Of course, he is still not matched by stronger opponents and have to keep himself at range when fighting people like Royce and Smasher.
His most notable skill is his swordmanship. Having learn it from the first days in NCPD, Anthony is shown to be very skilled with katanas and is able to find the fatal spots to kill his enemies.

A customized Katana made by Muamar Reyes. It is a one-of-a kind weapon with the most notable feature being electrokinesis. Using what both of them called "Raiden", the katana is able to channel electricity for better damages to his opponent's cyberwares. As he is shown when he decapitates a Maelstorm gang member that followed with the corpse being electrocuted and explodes into several pieces.
General Body modification
Sometime after he went Solo, Anthony had undergo minor chroming just so he can work more efficiently. The modification consist of bionic joints for better protection, fortified ankles for better jumping speed as well as self ice to protect from quickhacks.
Trivia:
- Anthony is a frequent visitor to the Afterlife with his favorite orders being as hot Bourbon as well as Screwdriver. The latter mostly ordered when he got there during early evening hours.
- While his origin is unknown, due to his nature as a replicant. Anthony speak with the same tone as someone from Vermont.
- When he's not drinking, he is usually seen with either a pack of kibble or 3 boxes of kebabs.
- Before becoming a solo, he considers working as a Samurai for Militech.
