Andy had been anxiously stimming in the front seat. He had to see Bill. He had to be sure he was okay. Andy was the first one to see the medical team dispatch text and showed it to Tom who immediately called Miley. When they pulled in behind the medical van, Tom rushed out of the car to run inside. Bill had been half leaning on the couch, exhausted and really not in the mood to have paramedics examine him. Luckily for him, he only ruptured one vessel in his eye and it was from the tightness that pulled his limbs close before the convulsions.

Damon kept pulling Bill's head up, this being the worse injury he's experienced since taking Bill into his care. He had forgotten that Bill usually wakes up age regressed often and this wouldn't be no different. He was pushing the hands away and swatting at the light being shone in his eyes. Despite his constant movement, they were able to examine his eye. There wasn't much that could be done besides monitor his vision and if he loses any sight to report to a hospital immediately. Bill nuzzled into Andy when the medical team left, happy that he learned comforting techniques to soothe Bill. He caressed his hair and offered him patient kisses on his forehead.

Miley sat down in the chair facing them, rubbing her belly cautiously. Madison had been put down for a nap and she was happy because Billy had night attacks that frightened the small child. It wasn't quiet and she could feel the panicked energy. Tom had taken her hand and brought her to the kitchen.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, the baby's been kicking a lot. I think she's getting anxious because I am," Miley chuckled.

"Is it too overwhelming? Should I give you a break?"

"I was actually going to go to Harmony's house, take the car for a little drive and have a quick meal at her house," Miley sighed. "But I don't think I should go. You might need help here."

"Why don't you take Madison and go to Harmony's? I think you need the break and Madison could use the fresh air," Tom suggested, kissing her forehead.

"That does sound like a good idea. Okay, I'll go," Miley smiled. "Are you sure you don't want me to stay here? Andy's here too so you might be busy."

"The kid isn't helpless so I don't have much to worry about. Neither one of them are. Plus I got Damon so that's two sets of eyes," Tom said, childishly.

"Okay fair enough," Miley chuckled. "I'll go pack her up and drive over."

"Take a cab instead, less chance of getting into an accident," Tom suggested.

"Alright, I'll order a cab after I get Maddie ready," Miley smiled, kissing Tom on the cheek.

Tom could feel his face heat up, every day felt like he was experiencing it for the first time. He fell in love with her over and over again. It was endless, so much much patience it would take to love someone like him and truly loved him unconditionally. He felt so happy to have brought her into his life because he learned so much and gain so much since then.

He watched as Miley jumped into the cab and closed the door behind him. Andy and Bill were napping on the couch, Damon sitting close by if he needs to support either teen. Tom told him he'd make lunch for them, hopefully they'd feel a little better once they woke up. Tom got right to work making a suitable lunch for his brother and new young ward. He liked having Andy around, he was his little brother's boyfriend sure, but he was so kind and loving. He didn't have attention for anyone but he had it for his baby brother.

Andy woke up before Bill, kissing his forehead and looking over at Damon. He didn't make a sound, not wanting to wake Bill up. He needed the rest, Bill barely slept and that was before he started having seizures. Tom could go back to when his brother first born, even then he couldn't sleep well. Bill would wake up and start screaming for their mother and she'd have to hold him and rock him to sleep.
