Bill stood uncomfortably outside the nursery, watching the small baby wriggle around in the bassinet. Tom was going to meet him here but got caught up with Miley in the room. Andy had gone to the restroom and Damon stood next to Bill. He wanted the teen to get more rest but he insisted on seeing his nephew before closing his eyes on the car ride back.

Tom jogged up, holding his phone in his hand. Bill looked over at his brother, exhaustion shining through his gaze. Tom frowned and put an arm around his shoulder. Bill didn't understand it, but he didn't want his brother touching him. Andy had shown him the photo but forgot to make sure he didn't see the texts from Tom. Bill knew how Tom dismissed him and seeing his brother try to ignore that by gushing over his first son made him feel even worse.

"I need to sit down," Bill muttered.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I just didn't really sleep much. Kinda woke up and just came here."

"Billa you should've rested. You could get sick if you're not giving your body the rest it needs," Tom said, watching his brother check out. "Let's sit, Billy can wait to meet his uncle.

"Billy? That's what you named him?"

"Yeah after her dad and the best little brother in the world," Tom smiled.

"That's cool, I guess," Bill shrugged. "You can name him whatever you want."

"Why are you being so short with me? Did I do something wrong?"

Andy returned when Bill exploded in the middle of the hallway. Adrenaline pumping through his veins, he screamed in his face. Andy couldn't make out what Bill was saying, the words coming out in German. Before he could intervene, Bill stormed out. Damon followed Bill out, losing him in the maze like corridors of the hospital. This was what he wanted, to punish his brother for hurting him. For abandoning him for years before he...Bill stopped his thought. Tom has been there for him since the beginning and instead of being happy for his brother, he was cold and yelled at him.

Bill turned around and ran back inside, nearly running into Andy. He wrapped his arms around Bill and held him, trying to calm the rush of tears coming down his cheeks.

"Andy, I have to go back. I have to apologize," Bill whimpered.

"Tom is with a nurse now. When you left, his anxiety got to the best of him and he tore up his arm real bad," Andy explained.

"What? He hasn't in months," Bill answered, shocked. "I was only gone a few minutes, what did I do?!"

"Bill, you have to calm down, you are exhausted and if you get upset we're going to have to put you in a hospital too."

"But it's my fault. He was fine for months, almost a fucking year and I had to get angry at him for what? Being concerned about his pregnant wife?"

"I know, I shouldn't have showed you those text messages and left you to overthink," Andy said. "I over thought it too, that's why I didn't want you to see them."

"I know Tom loves me, I know he's not going to leave me or ship me off because he would've done it."

Andy hummed and put Bill's head to his chest, hoping to calm down the storm in his brain before it got worse. He could feel Bill twitching in his embrace and still sobbing loudly. The younger brother didn't like fighting with Tom. He didn't like making him feel as worse as Bill did regularly. Sure he hid it well, only his insecurities shining through, but Andy knew his boyfriend well enough to know when he wasn't okay.

"I'm right here, pet. Take your time, and breathe."

Andy could tell he was hyperventilating and didn't want him to pass out. Bill's current therapist was working with his psychiatrist and they believe that Bill has a personality disorder, another tidbit that Bill never told Andy about. His emotions felt like too much, most of the time they were overwhelming. Possibly having BPD and epilepsy would not be great for Bill, he'd be bedridden if he's triggered. Andy turned his head when he heard someone running up towards them.
