12:00am, Night 6The animatronics came running into the room, all of them practically jumping on Nate. "Hey guys!" Nate greeted them, trying not to fall out of his chair. "We were worried about you!" Chica exclaimed. "We thought you would quit!" Freddy added. "We didn't know if we were going to see you again!" Bonnie added. Nate smiled at his little friends, happy to see them. "I'm fine, but how's Foxy? I know he had a rough night as well." Nate asked. Just then, Foxy sprung out the vent and joined everyone else on Nate's desk. "Hey, there you are!" Nate said, glad to see that the fox had bounced back. "How long have you known they could talk?" AJ questioned Nate.
"Since my first night."
"Really? I never knew."
"Well, working the night shift is full of all kinds of surprises."
"Oh yeah, it is."
Nate turned back to the cameras and began through them, everything seemed normal. Maybe this was going to be a normal night, after all? Before he could get his hopes up, though, he heard noises coming from the kitchen. "That's odd." He commented. "What?" AJ replied.
"There's noises coming from the kitchen, but everyone is here."
"Great, that's just great."
"Yeah, I really wish the camera wasn't broken so I could see what it is."
"We really need to get that thing fixed."
Nate tried to fix the camera, but nothing was working. They had to find out what was in the kitchen, preferably before it came into the office. An idea sprung into Nate's head, he looked at the animatronics with a small smile. He grabbed his backpack off the floor and took out his laptop. He typed something in, and a small "hello" came from under the desk. Balloon Boy wheeled out from under the desk into the middle of the office, where AJ kneeled down to get a closer look at him. "What is it?" He asked. "AJ, meet Balloon Boy. Balloon Boy, AJ." Another electronic "hello" came from Balloon Boy's speakers. "What's the plan?" AJ asked. "Well, with the help of our little friends here, I created Balloon Boy. Best thing about him, his eyes double as cameras." Nate explained. "Are you going to use him to look into the kitchen?" Chica asked. "Yep." Nate answered. The animatronics looked at each other excitedly, they were excited to see Balloon Boy in action. Nate started pressing keys on his laptop, and Balloon Boy left the room whirring through the hallway. Nate guided him to the kitchen, and drove him inside. There, through Balloon Boy's cameras, Nate saw what appeared to be the legs of the man's costume. He was here, in the kitchen, and he couldn't have good intentions. Nate's eyes widened, he quickly turned Balloon Boy around and guided him back into the office. "That was fast, what happened?" Freddy asked. "Was there pizza left out? Cause that would be pretty scary!" Bonnie said. Nate looked up at AJ, and just nodded his head. "Dammit!" AJ exclaimed, causing the animatronics to flinch. "What is it?!" Chica questioned. "It's him." Nate told her. The animatronics all gasped and broke into a panic. Nate picked up Balloon Boy and put him back behind the desk, then he put his laptop away. He turned back to the cameras, there was still noise in the kitchen, meaning that he was still inside. "Okay, everyone calm down. Let's come up with a plan." Nate told everyone, trying to keep a level head. The animatronics looked at him with fear in their eyes, but they all calmed down to listen to Nate. "We need to be a step ahead of this guy. He can't have the advantage." Nate explained. "Can't we just call the police?" AJ asked.
"We've tried that, it didn't work. He got away, it's up to us now. We have to stop him on our own."
Everyone knew Nate was right, so they started coming up with ideas. "What if we trap him somewhere?" AJ suggested. Nate thought for a moment, then he turned to check the security cameras. "Let's see." He looked through all the rooms. "Parts and services only has one entrance, so do the bathrooms. The kitchen and the party room both a have a storage closet, we could use any of those." Nate explained, turning back to his friends. "Parts and services locks and unlocks from the inside, so I don't think that would work. The storage closets are way too cluttered to fit anyone inside." AJ replied. "That leaves the bathroom then." Freddy said. Nate looked at the entrance of the bathroom, trying to see what the best course of action was. He scoured the area, trying to see what they could do. "Alright, here's an idea." Nate began. "Foxy, you get his attention and lead him into the bathroom. Then once he's inside, I need the rest of you to trip him up. While he's on the ground, this should give all of you enough time to escape before AJ and I shut and lock the door." Nate suggested. "I think that's a great plan." AJ replied. Everyone else agreed, the plan was pretty solid. "Alright, let's stop the son of a bitch." Nate said. Freddy, Chica and Bonnie headed for the bathroom with a long cord that they had found. Nate, AJ and Foxy all waited for their signal to start the plan. A couple minutes pass, and Freddy gives a thumbs up to the security camera from the bathroom entrance. Nate nodded to Foxy, and he took off down the hallway. Nate and AJ ran the opposite way to the outside of the bathroom, where they would hide around a corner and wait for Foxy to lead the man inside. A few seconds pass, and they see Foxy running down the hallway as the man chased him with a fire extinguisher. Foxy darts inside the bathroom and the man follows, Nate and AJ position themselves outside the door. They hear a thud come from inside, and the animatronics ran out of the bathroom. They were about to shut the door, but Nate realized one of them was missing, Chica. Nate heard her scream from inside, and he turned to AJ with fear in his eyes. He and AJ rushed into the bathroom to see the man with a hold on Chica, and he was turning on the sink. This was really bad, if Chica got wet, it could ruin her wiring and cause her to rust. "Stop!" Nate demanded, catching the man off-guard. "Oh, it's you again! I figured you'd quit after I ruined your face." The man commented. "Let her go." AJ said, his tone serious. "Or what? You'll kill me? Many have tried and failed that one." The man laughed. Nate had to think quickly, he looked around, trying to come up with something. The man brought Chica closer to the running sink, and she shrieked at the sight. Too late, Nate didn't have time to think. Before he could do anything, though, AJ grabbed a large trash can and chucked it at the man. Nate's eyes widened with surprise, he wasn't expecting that one. The man dropped Chica on the counter, and she ran out the door into the hallway. "Go! Go!" Nate called to AJ, turning around. Before AJ could follow him, the man came up behind him and hit him in the back of the head with a fire extinguisher. AJ fell to the floor, knocked out cold. "AJ!" Nate exclaimed. "Your turn." The man said, coming towards Nate. Nate dashed out the bathroom door, nearly tripping over his own feet. "Run!" He yelled to the animatronics, and they scattered like birds as the man pursued Nate. Nate flew through the hallway, his heart racing. He felt his head becoming dizzy from his concussion, which still hadn't completely healed. Nate pushed on, despite his vision becoming slightly blurred. He crashed into a wall as he turned a corner, which let the man gain on him. "Shit!" Nate shouted, looking over his shoulder. When he looked back to where he was going, there was a another wall in front of him. Nate didn't have enough time to stop, and went face-first into it. Nate fell backwards, he tried to get to his feet, but he was too dizzy. He tried to use the wall to help himself up, but by that time, the man had caught up with him. The man pulled him back to the ground, and Nate groaned as his chin hit the tile floor. "You're determined, Nate, I'll give you that. Too bad it's going to cost you." The man said, then he slammed Nate's face into the ground.
