Unbeknownst to Tinky Winky, Dipsy, and Po, it was so cold up in the mountains that no one had been up there for years. They weren't even aware of what snow was, but they luckily had fur to at least keep them warm.

"Just gotta get through here," said Tinky Winky, his voice trembling. "Then hopefully we should see the Guardian."

"Yeah, then who knows what'll happen then?" asked Dipsy. He was excited he'd get his hat back, but such a thought was overshadowed by what had changed the lives of himself and his friends forever.

Po, meanwhile, looked around in awe, as despite the environment being completely other than what she was used to, it all looked oddly beautiful to the young red tubby. But along their trek, no one amongst the trio noticed the splatters of pink liquid or cut tree stumps that seemed to be bleak warnings of what was up ahead.

Just then, Tinky Winky's ears perked up as he heard something faint in the distance. "What is it?" asked Dipsy as he tried to listen as well. Tinky didn't respond at first, not until he heard a faint voice in the distance. "You're my bestest friend!"

No one knew what to make of it, but then they heard a loud roar and crunching of snow, followed by the sight of a large creature with blood-matted fur covering its body charging towards them. The three tried to run, but they were caught and blacked out.

Within the cave, the Guardian and Laa Laa found themselves more at ease overall. "It's ok, Laa Laa, I don't think they'll come in here to get us, ok?" asked the Guardian in an attempt to comfort the scared yellow tubby.

He then whipped out his night vision camera and used it to look around. The two were in a cavernous room with rocks lining the place from top to bottom, and there were even rather luminous crystals for extra light. A small smile appeared on Laa Laa's face as she admired the crystals, but a small note of paper nearby caught her attention.

She picked up the paper and looked it over, and despite never knowing how to read and write, she could tell it said: "Day 1. Today I decided to write a journal to tell my adventures with the bestest friends ever! These coat men brought up paper and crayons to draw what we want, and we drew the best friend trio! They are my only but best friends and I love them! I hear coat men, I must hide the journal, they will punish me with electricity if they find out."

The mention of coat men and electricity caught Laa Laa's attention. "Laa Laa, come on. We need to get to the outskirts, they should be on the end of this cave if we're lucky," said the Guardian, snapping her out of thought.

Over the next few minutes, they walked through the cave and Laa Laa marveled at how she never saw anything like it. But all of a sudden, they heard a loud roar and heavy breathing, and the two turned around and saw a big brown tubby, their mouth was open wide and it had big teeth and claws on one of its arms while the other one looked mutated and more like a big meaty appendage. Regardless, it wasn't friendly.

"LAA LAA, RUN!" shouted Guardian. The two sprinted away from the creature as fast as they could as it gave chase. In a rush of adrenaline and panic though, Laa Laa ran ahead of the Guardian and into a dead end. The Guardian ducked in after her and put his hand over her mouth and motioned for her to stay quiet. The two heard heavy footsteps and breathing around the corner, but it then became fainter, as the thing walked away in another direction.

Laa Laa's eyes filled with tears of fear and panic, but the Guardian wrapped his arms around her. "Hey hey, it's ok," he whispered. "I won't let it hurt you, alright? Just please stay quiet and follow my lead."
