Within the Satellite Station, everything was dark and there was a metallic tang in the air. But above all, it was quiet, too quiet. Surely there were other tubbies around here, thought the Guardian. The other four tubbies followed nervously behind him, until Laa Laa stopped and gagged.

"Ewwww! Something smells so bad up ahead!" she said as she covered her nose. The Guardian smelled and he found himself holding his nose. He took out his night vision camera and held it out to look up ahead, and the sight was anything but pleasant.

Blood and dead tubbies littered the floor, and several bits of metal had been smashed apart along the hallway as if something had cut right through it. Nervously, he turned back to the other tubbies.

"Ok...I need you guys to grab one another's hands and follow me, but don't open your eyes, do you understand?" he asked. The four tubbies nodded and made a single file train line, with Po at the front desperately clinging to the Guardian's arm.

Eventually, the trail of carnage reached its end, and the Guardian gave the tubbies the go ahead to open their eyes.

"Goodness, this place is so dark...and big! Wait...where are the other tubbies?" asked Po as her pink eyes fluttered open. But before anyone could answer, they heard a cough to their left.

The Guardian instinctively turned left as the others stayed behind a bit and watched nervously. There, at the end of a hallway on the side of a wall, was an injured blue tubby.

"Hey, are you ok? What happened here?" asked the Guardian. The blue tubby looked up at him with desperate eyes.

"It hurts...it hurts so bad! Please, you have to help us!" he shouted, nearly standing up before grunting and sitting back down from the pain.

"Woah, hey! Calm down buddy! What happened here?" asked the Guardian as he came closer to steady the blue tubby, who had likely reached a breaking point of sorts. There was a silence that scared even the Guardian.

"My name is Ron. I work here, we all work here. I'm an engineer for the facility," said the blue tubby. The Guardian nodded, "Ok, Ron, can you tell us what happened?"

Ron paused as if he didn't want to recount what happened, but he sighed and relented. "It...it all happened so fast, I was just working as normal when these...furless monsters came in and started killing everyone. There was so much blood, but we managed to take them down, except then this...tubby came in and began to slaughter all of us, it had these chainsaws...and it cut me up good. Someone used a keycard to trap in in another part of the facility, but by now I think I'm the only one left."

The other four tubbies, having overheard Ron, stepped forward. Po in particular, felt an overwhelming pang of sympathy for Ron, and couldn't stop herself from kneeling down in front of himself and hugging him tightly. "I'm sorry, but we're gonna get through this!" she chirped, a portion of her innocence shining through the gravity of the situation.

"Yeah, all we need to do is contact the mi...the mili..." stuttered Dipsy. The Guardian couldn't help but lightly chuckle before turning back to Ron.

"Well, if you wanna get their help...we're gonna need a keycard from someone on the other side of the door. Just please be careful and don't let it get you, ok?" asked Ron as he pointed to the vent that connected to the rooms on the other side of the door.

"Got it," said the Guardian. "You guys just stay here and keep him company. And don't go anywhere until I get back." The four tubbies nodded repeatedly.

Soon, the Guardian made it through the vent to the other side of the door. As he walked through the hallway, passing by several dead tubbies in the process, there were several things he knew he couldn't shake from his mind. What did the four tubbies he'd been watching over think of him now? What would happen to them when this was over? Would this ever be over?
