I wave goodbye to Aurora as I walk into Miss Johansson's classroom, except for the first time in ages, I'm not particularly walking forward to going in there.
Scarlett was still in bed when we left this morning, and Lizzie told me that she wasn't feeling well. So today, I have to sit through this lecture whilst some random substitute waffles on about something I would much rather hear my girlfriend talk about.
I sit down in my usual seat as the substitute starts the lesson. Suddenly, the door opens and a boy walks in, muttering a quick apology before looking for a seat. I've never seen him in this class before, so I'm guessing he must be new. He takes the spare seat next to me, putting his bag down and giving me a small smile.
"Hey, you're Izzy, right?" He asks.
"Yeah, why?"
"I'm Harry, Aurora's boyfriend. She's told me lots about you but I don't think we've ever met." He explains.
"Right, I was wondering why you came and sat next to me." I laugh, "I've never seen you in here before, did you swap courses?"
"Yeah, I know we're in our last year but honestly literature seems so much easier than doing English language."
"It's not too bad." I smile, "The class is usually better behaved, by the way. When we have our regular teacher."
He looks around, eyes widening as he notices everybody on their phones and messing about with their friends.
"What's Miss Johansson like? I've never actually had a lesson with her, is she nice?" Harry asks.
"She is nice, yeah." I smile, "She's a really good teacher as well, it makes everything a lot easier to learn and pick up on."
I smile to myself as I think of her. I'm sure Aurora wouldn't have told her boyfriend that I'm currently in a relationship with two of the teachers at our school, but sometimes I find it difficult not to mention it in front of people. They're both so amazing that I just want to scream it at the top of my lungs without getting them both into trouble.

I knock on Professor Olsen's door softly after the bell stops ringing, waiting patiently for an answer. She texted me telling me to meet her in her office after my last lesson, so I came straight here after my lecture.
"Come in." She says, and I open the door, closing it behind me. I stay silent as I realize she's on the phone, putting my school bag in the corner of the room before taking a seat opposite her desk.
"That's alright, love. I'll pick you up some painkillers on the way home if you need me to." She says softly, "Alright, I'll see you in a bit. I love you." Lizzie hangs up the phone, putting it on her desk before pushing her hair over one shoulder.
"Is she okay?" I ask, figuring out that she was probably talking to Scarlett.
"She's alright, just resting. She still doesn't feel too well but I think she'll be okay." She smiles softly, "Anyways, who was that boy that you were talking to when you left your English class this morning?"
"Harry?" I ask, "He's Aurora's boyfriend."
She just nods with a small hum, picking up her pen and writing some things down on a piece of paper in front of her.
"Wait, you're not jealous, are you?" I ask.
"Of course not."
"Lizzie, in case you haven't realized by now, I don't feel like boys are exactly my type. You have nothing to be jealous of."
"Don't talk back to me, darling." She says sternly.
"Or what?" I chuckle, rolling my eyes.
Lizzie places her pen down on the table, standing up in front of me without breaking eye contact. My heart thumps in my chest, my body getting a little excited at the realization of what could happen.
