"What movie would you like to watch, sweet girl?" Scarlett asks me as we both sit down on the sofa, covering ourselves in a blanket as Lizzie finishes up our food in the kitchen.

It's halloween, and we all decided to have a quiet night inside whilst watching some scary movies. Scarlett went out and bought some sweets for us to give to anybody that knocks at the door, and Lizzie cooked us all some snacks to eat whilst we watch our movie.

"I don't know, I get scared of pretty much any horror film." I smile, giggling softly.

"Have you ever watched Scream?" Scar asks, and I shake my head.

"How have you never seen Scream, darling? It's my favourite." Lizzie smiles, walking into the living room and turning the lights off before putting our snacks on the coffee table.

"I don't know, Aurora keeps trying to get me to watch it but I'm scared!"

"Are you up for it, sweetheart?" Scarlett asks, "We'll be here the whole time, don't worry."

"Yeah, but a fair warning, I will probably jump at every single little thing." I smile.

"That's okay, love." Lizzie chuckles, "It's alright to be scared at horror movies, Scar was the first time I showed her one."

"Don't even bring that up." Scar rolls her eyes with a small smile.

We all get underneath the blanket, and I sit in between my girlfriends, holding their hands. Lizzie starts the movie whilst Scar rubs my back softly, pressing a small kiss on my forehead.

A few minutes after the film has started, I jump as I hear a knock at the door, letting out a small laugh afterwards. Scarlett gets up to open the door, taking the bowl of sweets with her as Lizzie pauses the movie.

"Trick or treat!" A group of children shout when Scar opens the door.

"Oh wow, those are some very cool outfits!" She smiles, holding out the bowl so that the kids can take some sweets.

"Thank you!" They all smile at her.

"No problem guys, have a good night and be careful!" She tells them, giving them a smile as she closes the door. She puts the bowl on the counter, knowing that we'll probably need it again in a bit.

"What are you guys smiling at?" She asks softly as she sits back down with us.

"You're just so sweet, love." Lizzie tells her, pulling her into a kiss.

Scarlett pulls me into a kiss too, putting her arm around both of us as we unpause the movie.

-----

After a few hours, we've watched two of the Scream movies and I actually quite enjoyed them, except from flinching at quite literally every single jump scare. It's quite late, so most of the people trick or treating would've gone home now, but I leave the bowl on the doorstep just incase anybody shows up.

The three of us head upstairs, getting changed into some comfy clothes and brushing our teeth before getting into bed. The thing that makes me happy is knowing that even when I'm sat there watching a scary movie, I know that nothing bad can ever happen because I have my two girls with me. It honestly shows how much I know that they'll always be there to protect me.

"You okay, darling?" Scar asks as we all get into bed, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.

"Yeah, I just love you both so much." I smile, "Thank you for keeping me safe."

"But you know why we would go to any length to do that, right sweetheart?" Lizzie asks, and I shake my head.

"Because we love you. So much it honestly hurts. Every little piece we discover of you makes us fall more and more in love with you every day." She says softly.

"And we made a promise to always be there for you, no matter what." Scarlett adds, "Because every single part of us wants to help heal our sweet little girl and protect her from any harm. We would go to any length to protect you because we're here to make sure that you're okay and that you don't ever feel like you're alone. We're always going to be here for you."

I lift my head up to look at them both, tears running down my cheeks as their words play over and over again in my mind. I've got to be the luckiest girl in the world.

"Oh, baby. No tears please." Scarlett says softly, and I suddenly move towards her, pulling her into a cuddle and just sobbing into her shoulder.

"Oh, darling." Lizzie whispers, wrapping her arms around me as well. I lay there, crying softly as my two girlfriends hold me close, rubbing my back gently.

"I love you two so much." I whisper between sobs, wiping my eyes as I lay back down in bed, both of them laying either side of me.

"We love you too, baby." Scar smiles.

"No, I mean it." I say, sitting up slowly, "I've..never had anybody who made so much effort for me, or made me feel like I'm actually somebody special. You both have made me believe in myself, something I wouldn't have done in a thousand years before I met either of you. Until you came into my life, I just felt alone, like I wasn't worth anything. I love you both so much because you've helped me to realise that I am worth something, even when other people have told me that I'm not."

I take a deep breath slowly, "I've never loved anybody the way that I love you two."

Lizzie wipes her eyes gently, "You're so incredible, baby."

Both of them just hold me tighter, and I can hear Scarlett crying softly now as well. I would do anything for these women, and they don't even know.

"I love you both so much." Scarlett whispers.

-----

My eyes flutter open after a few minutes, realising that I must've fallen asleep. I close them again, trying to get back to sleep to rest my exhausted body when I hear somebody speaking.

"Are you okay, gorgeous?" Lizzie whispers.

"I think so, I didn't mean to get so emotional." Scarlett giggles softly, wiping her eyes.

"You don't need to apologize, sweetheart." Lizzie smiles, "You know how much we love you, right? And I'd go to any length to protect you, I'm sure Izzy would as well."

I keep my eyes shut, trying to get myself to sleep so that I don't end up disturbing their conversation.

"It's just..after everything it's really nice to feel like I'm worth something, you know?" Scarlett whispers, "I know that I'm safe from him, I guess it just makes me feel better."

"I know, love." Lizzie tells her, holding her hand, "You're worth the world to us both. No matter what you've been through, it doesn't change anything. We love you so much."

"I love you both too." Scarlett whispers.
