"what. The. Fuck?" Sid said dramatically, I looked at him with a boring look, "are you sure?" he said, "do you have any doubt?" I said, still giving a boring look.

"but you said that you.." he said,

"whatever I said, forget it" I replied, without listening to him completely.

we were talking as the phone call disturbed us, Sid picked up the call, it was his girlfriend's call, ofcourse. Sighs.

"what? she will not come?" he looked at me with wide eyes,"but ayushman said that he will not third wheel us alone he also needs company" he said looking at me with a victorious smile. "hmm, convince her and bye bye, baby" he said and cut the call.

He looked at me with a big smile and said "see how I manage to make sure that you will not get bored" I was going to say something but he cut me and said " anhnn..don't need to say thank you, dost ke liye to ithna kar hi sakta hu" ( I can do this much for a friend") he said to which I looked at him with 'shut up' looks.

he ignored me and said "don't worry she will join us tomorrow, I know Nehmat will convince her" I nodded and sat back to my chair and Siddharth went to his COO's cabin, he is COO of my company and he handle most of my work, I just have to read and sign documents and handle most important meetings.

I went home and saw my Dadi, Maa and Arnav are gossiping about something and teasing Vaani for I don't know why, as I went there they saw me and stopped teasing her and also became serious as they are hiding something from me.

"What happened? Why do you all stop talking? Is there something you all are hiding from me? hmm? Vanni??" i said and asked Vaani and suddenly her face became nervous and she said "no..nothing bhai there is nothing" she stammered, something is wrong, I will get to know my own way I guess.

"Okay, then I should go" I said and went to my room "get me all the details, I am sending a number" I said and cut the call.

I took a cold shower and I don't have the mood to have dinner so I skipped it and then went to sleep early. after a while my phone rang and it disturbed my sleep and I looked at the screen, It's an unknown number, who can call me at this moment? I was thinking and going to pick up the call but the call was already declined, but after some i got the call with the same number and this time ut picked up the call and said

"hello, who's this" I said in my sleepy voice

no replies.

"Who is this? may I know" i said in a bit loud and irritating tone as this phone call is disturbed my whole sleep.

"uhh..hello" a familiar voice came from the other side of the phone. "umm..it's Mannat, Nehmat's friend. Nehmat your friend's girlfriend" she said in one go not giving me any chance to speak,

"yeah..yeah I got it" i said,

"Did I disturb you? Were you sleeping?" she asked very innocently, i can imagine the pout her rosey lips are forming right now,

"It's 11 pm at night, what were you expecting to do right then?" I asked her in a stern tone,

"so..sorry, I thought you were having dinner" she said, getting nervous,

"leave it, tell me why did you call me" I said directly coming on point,

"ohh, actually....I said"

"whatever you want to say, say it when we will meet tomorrow for the trip" i said " bye" i said and i was going to cut the call but

"Wait, don't cut the call.....I was saying that I'll not join you tomorrow, I have to go somewhere" she said and I stopped, did she is taken? Hiw can this be possible according to my information she didn't have any relationship since her high school.
