Marjorie felt her breath get heavier and autumns hand grip hers as she opened up the letter that was concealing Charlotte's last words to her, she felt her breath get caught in her throat as she saw her handwriting once again.
She didn't know if she could do this, if she could read what she had written, this was all too much, the fact that her longest friend was dead, she didn't want to do this, she couldn't do this but she needed to, she felt a hand on her shoulder and she looked up to see Reece stood there.
“You can do this princess” the pet name wasn't one of teasing as it was once for the both of them it was one of reassurance, she looked to the side to see winter and autumn smiling reassuringly before looking in front to see Mia look at her with comfort in her eyes and that was all she needed, She opened the piece of paper, her breath catching in her throat once again.

Marjorie we have been friends for so long, so long and I have found comfort in your presence, the times that we have fallen out has been the most painful times in my life because you meant so much to me, you mean so much to me.
I've watched as you've grown from someone that didn't care about anyone's feelings to now where you care too much about other people but I'm not saying that's a bad thing I'm saying thats what brought me comfort knowing you cared.
You have always been there for me, and tried to be, you've held me while I cried and showed joy with me when I was happy, and for that I'll forever be grateful, for that I'll know you'll stand by Mia's side every step for they way and reassure her just as you once did for me.

Marjorie felt tears from and she sobbed as soon as she read the whole letter, crying into her hands as she felt someone rub her back, how did she not notice that Charlotte was becoming withdrawn so she could do this?! HOW?! WHY?!
Why did this happen to Charlotte, the sweetest of them all, she felt autumn grip her hand tighter as she sobbed over her longest friend, out of all them, Carly and her knew her the longest, sorscha coming in third, then winter, then autumn, then Reece and then Mia, her sobs soon subsided, tears silently steaming down her face and now it was autumns turn.
