"Actually, when we are in the Mexico, Irfan and I was not in relationship. We took a break." she confessed. " We did not inform the public and our friends.

"It started a few years ago," she began, her voice soft yet steady. "When we met, it felt like magic. We connected on so many levels—our interests, our sense of humor, everything seemed perfect. But over time, things changed. It was subtle at first, like the slow fade of a sunset. Little annoyances that I used to overlook began to bother me more and more."

Antonnia paused, her eyes distant as she recalled the moments that led to her realization. "I remember the exact moment it hit me. We were sitting on the couch, watching a movie we had both looked forward to. But instead of feeling excited or content, I felt... nothing. I found myself thinking about how different we had become, how the person sitting next to me felt like a stranger."

She stirred her coffee absently, her mind replaying countless conversations and silences. "We stopped sharing our thoughts and dreams. The laughter that once filled our days became rare, replaced by awkward silences or forced conversations. I tried to brush it off, blaming stress or busyness, but deep down, I knew something was wrong."

Michelle nodded sympathetically, prompting Antonnia to continue. "I kept hoping things would get better, that we just needed to reconnect. But every attempt seemed to push us further apart. It was like trying to hold onto sand slipping through my fingers. The love I once felt so strongly was fading, and I couldn’t stop it."

Antonnia’s voice wavered slightly as she spoke the hardest truth. "I realized we were holding onto a relationship that had run its course. The thought of breaking up terrified me—I didn't want to hurt him, and I feared being alone. But staying together out of fear or guilt wasn't fair to either of us."

Taking a deep breath, she looked at her, with a mixture of sadness and relief. "In the end, I knew we needed to break up. It was one of the hardest decisions I've ever made, but it was also the right one. We both deserved a chance to find happiness, even if it wasn't with each other."

"Then, Someone came into my life unexpectedly-You. And it felt like a spark—something I hadn't felt in a long time. It is exciting, but also confusing. I’m not sure if what I’m feeling is real or just a phase because of the recent breakup. Part of me wonders if I’m just looking for a way to fill the void or if this new connection is genuine."

"I guess only time will tell. That time, I’m just trying to take things slowly and not rush into anything. I need to be sure I’m ready and that my feelings are true. I thought it was a wise approach. Just give myself time, and everything will fall into place."

She stood in front of Michelle, her heart pounding and her palms slightly sweaty. She took a deep breath, trying to steady herself.

"I've been wanting to talk to you for a while," she began, her voice wavering slightly. "I had this whole plan to tell you how I feel...when I was in the Philippines...... but then I found out that you're seeing someone else." She paused, looking down at her feet, gathering the courage to continue. "Someone message it to me, and it kind of took me by surprise.

She sat down across from her, a thoughtful expression on her face as she began her story. "You know, when Irfan wanted to come back, I had to make a tough decision," she said, her voice steady but laced with a hint of sadness. "I agreed to let go of my feelings for you and to move on.

She paused, reminiscing. "We had great times together, and he was really supportive and caring. But then the cheating happened, and it shattered my trust. It changed everything between us. Even though he apologized and wanted to make things right, I knew deep down that I couldn't go back to how things were."
