Sayuri looked at Gojo with a deadpanned expression. She couldn't believe how casual he could say something like this but then again, this was Gojo Satoru she was talking to. Nonetheless, she was grateful of this news.
Now, they were in his office. The students were off somewhere around the city. Nōbara had managed to convince Megumi into going shopping with her, leaving the two adults alone.
"Thank goodness.."
...but how..?
Noticing the confusion on her face, he shrugs nonchalantly. "I don't know yet either.."
"You're really something else, Satoru.."
Gojo smiled at her words, tucking his hands in his pockets. "I haven't told anyone else yet. Can't have the shitty higher-ups breathing down my neck now, you know?" He raises his hands from his pockets and crosses his arms, leaning against the wall ever so nonchalantly.
"Shoko already listed Yuuji-kun as dead. No one else knows.." He adds, a-matter-of-factly.
"Well, that's good..."
Sayuri just sighed at him, taking a seat on his chair. The chair was comfy and probably worth a ton considering Gojō's tastes. She slumped back, closing her eyes for a moment before she crossed her arms and opened her eyes.
Her eyes meet Gojō's blindfolded ones. He was grinning ear-to-ear stupidly. He snapped his fingers and sent her a bright smile.
"Is my lovely Yuri free tonight?" He asks her, his boldness and confidence ever so evident in Sayuri's perspective.
She couldn't help the smile that formed on her face. She chuckles softly at this, raising an eyebrow at him.
"We were having a serious topic and you suddenly want to know if I'm free for tonight? You're really something else, Toru.."
A soft laugh escapes Sayuri's lips after she spoke those words, amusement filling those golden eyes of hers.
Gojō grins back at this.
"Well, even if you're not, I'll still be able to spend time with you." He says, clasping his palms together.
Sayuri looks at him, dumbfounded at his words. "What?"
He chuckles before pointing finger-guns at her. "You're going to help me train Yuji~!" Gojō declares, not leaving her enough room to refuse.
"...eh?"
-------
"....why did you drag me into this?"
Gojō laughs at her question, slinging an arm around her shoulders. "Because~" He then twirls her around and holds her by the waist.
"You're my partner-in-crime! Anything I do, you go down with me.""... What? Wait a second, when did I agree to this-"
Gojō swung his index finger side to side in front of her face, shaking his head at her with that grin on his face. "Ah, ah, ah. No backsies. You'll be going along with me, whether you like it or not."
Sayuri just sighed, knowing better than to argue with Gojō. He was one stubborn guy, after all.
Now, Gojō was holding her at gunpoint. She was with him inside Yuuji's temporary living space. She can't believe she let him drag her off with him. She can't believe she agreed.
She was met with the sight to the very excited Itadori Yuuji in front of her. He was looking well, at least. She's grateful of that.
