𝐈𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐀 𝐃𝐀𝐘 since Bella had come home with her arm bandaged and Elizabeth was not happy to learn of what had happened. She wasn't mad at Jasper, no, she was mad at Edwhore. If only he could've just lightly pushed Bella out of the way but instead he chose to violently throw her across the room.
"Can you please just break up with him" Elizabeth groaned from beside the Swan girl as she turned up the heater in the car. She deeply regretted not wearing the hoodie Bella had insisted for her to wear.
"No Eliza, I am not breaking up with him. He didn't mean to do it" Bella defended, Elizabeth rolling her eyes at the comment.
"Listen Bella, he's going to get you seriously hurt" Elizabeth remarked, her mind drifting back to that night at the ballet studio, shuddering at the remembrance of the extreme pain she had experienced.
"He won't, he'd never do anything to purposely hurt me" Bella retorted, glancing over her shoulder to see Elizabeth's expression, finding a very grim one.
"It's not really him I'm worried about. Something could happen just because you're involved with him" Elizabeth tried to explain, the frown on her lips deepening. "I just don't want you to get hurt, okay."
For some reason that was beginning to become her biggest fear; losing Bella. They had become so close in such a small amount of time and besides for Jacob she was her first real friend since the accident. And Bella had become like a sister and that was something Elizabeth was never fortunate enough to have.
"I won't get hurt again, I promise" Bella reassured as she pulled into the school parking lot. Immediately noticing that the Cullens car was not anywhere in sight. Elizabeth noticed the saddened expression Bella wore when she noticed that her lover wasn't here.
"They're probably just out hunting or something—they'll be back" Elizabeth coaxed, placing a hand on the girls shoulder once they were parked.
"Yea, you're right" Bella hesitated to agree, something in her head telling her that wasn't the reason they were gone.
"I have an early test today, I'll catch up with you later" Elizabeth exclaimed as she opened the door, Bella only nodding. With one final last smile sent towards Bella she hopped out of the car, slamming it behind her as she walked off and towards the school.

Elizabeth had been looking forward to arriving home all day but when her eyes had landed on Edward Cullen stood in her yard her mood had instantly dropped. He just had that kind of effect on her.
