"Wriothesley?" Neuvillette calls out for his Alpha.

Finally dressed for the day in a simple white shirt and dark slacks, the Omega exits his walk-in closet. He'd taken his time to get ready, to give Wriothesley time to collect himself and his thoughts for their discussion. Neuvillette had heard Wriothesley moving about their home as he'd washed the dishes and dried them, though he hasn't seen much of the Alpha after breakfast except for the brief appearance Wriothesley had made to reclaim the housecoat for himself as Neuvillette bathed for the day.

Neuvillette gathers his hair, pulling it all up into a ponytail, tying it with a black velvet ribbon as he walks fully back into his bedroom. The Omega's eyebrows lift nearly to his hairline when he sees that all of the blankets and pillows of the bed have been removed. There's no one else here but himself and his mate, so it can only be his Alpha's doing.

"Wriothesley?" Neuvillette calls out again as he exits the bedroom, and getting no immediate answer, makes his way down the hall.

A peek into the guest room Neuvillette initially made up for Wriothesley shows a similar sight; the blankets and pillows from the guest bed have also been taken. The Omega gives a considering hum and makes his way further down the hall. There's only his study left to check on this floor.

The door to which is shut. Neuvillette's study door is usually left open by habit, there is not much in there that needs to be kept shut away. Any personal documentation is kept safely away elsewhere. Neuvillette steps up to the door and knocks gently.

"Wriothesley? Mon Ange?" Neuvillette asks after his Alpha again as he slowly turns the handle to press the door open, "Are you in here?"

The door stops halfway instead of opening fully, a muted thud sounding as the door gently collides with something solid. His desk perhaps? It would have had to be moved to be in the way of the door. There's at least enough room for Neuvillette to shuffle through the opening and into the study to see exactly what the obstacle blocking the door is.

His desk has indeed been moved into the path of the door when the Dragon enters the room. The desk, and so much more. Neuvillette's sturdy study desk has been made a key cornerstone of some elaborate structure made of the blankets from the guest room, and what seems to be near half of the linen closet.

The lighter of the linen sheets cross nearly the entire room, held in place as the roof of the makeshift structure by the typewriter on Neuvillette's desk. The corners of the sheets across the way are stuffed underneath some of the heavier textbooks on the shelves. Not even the chaise he and Wriothesley had stolen a moment of gentle passion two nights ago has been spared of being made of structural use.

The more Neuvillette stares at this blanket construct, the more he suspects that if he were to find his way inside somehow, he'd not only find his mate, but also the bedding and pillows from their bed. The Omega cocks his head to the side as he studies the structure, to find the means of entry, when the very Alpha he's seeking pops his head out from underneath the desk.

"Ah! There you are, Wriothesley," Neuvillette offers his mate a gentle smile, "I see that you've not been idle. I was just admiring your–"

He trails off, unsure of what to call this thing Wriothesley has built. Considering that it includes items that would have both his and Wriothesley's scents entwined upon them, it would be logically sound for Neuvillette to assume this is one of those Human Mating Nests he'd overheard members of the Maison gossip about. The Dragon immediately scents the air for his Alpha's pheromones. There is no evidence to be had of Wriothesley entering rut, only the Alpha's usual scent of black tea, cedar, and leather.
