14 - Will Unexpectedly Gets A Cat

A/N: 

I'm sooooo soorry for not updating. I just lazy like that. But I do have another reason. I had a robotics competition, and this week was a hectic week. *Cue nervous frenzy last minute panic* Yeah, so that's how my week went. We ended up doing pretty well though, so it was worth it. I've literally written some of this on the four hour car trip home. *yawn*

Harry:

I was brainstorming ideas with Ron, and then I came up with something. Sure, I was no Hermione, but this was an important and very genius revelation. 

"Ron. That one spell Moody used." I said, unable to voice my thoughts. I was bouncing with excitement. Ron looked at me, confused.

"The disillusionment charm. I bet di Angelo used the disillusionment charm to cover up his dark mark."

"Blimey mate, that's genius," he replied, through a yawn. We had been up for hours. Hermione thought we were doing our homework. Really, it was scattered across the table, covered in messy lists that we made.

"Well, I don't know about you, but all this big brain activity has got me tired. I'm off to bed."

The next morning, we were at breakfast. Our head were together, and we were whispering aggressively.

"I think we should tell 'Mione, Neville and Luna." Ron said. Ever since Hermione started hanging out with the exchange students, he had taken to calling her 'Mione, as if this would make the exchange students jealous. "Screw it I can't deal with this. I don't care. I'm telling her."

I pulled Ron back down.

"What if she doesn't believe us?" I reasoned. "We have to gather more evidence." Reluctantly, Ron sat back down. "Come on, we'll be late for class."

Nico:

This morning, I saw Harry and Ron having what looked to be an aggressive whispering match. I turned to 'Mione. "Are they usually like that?" I asked, gesturing to Harry and Ron.

"Yes." she replied. I shrugged, before getting ready to go to class with Will, Reyna, Hazel, Hermione and Draco.

On the way, we heard a quiet meow. Will gasped, and bent down, grabbing something from behind a statue. A small, sandy yellow fluff. It somehow sensed that Will wouldn't hurt it, and curled up in his hands.

Will stood there speechless for a moment, but then said, "How do you tell if it's a boy or a girl?" I stifled a laugh.

"Trying to adopt it already, Will?"

"I mean, why not?" Reyna, Hazel and Draco were looking at Will with a face that said 'Of course. That's such a Will thing to do.'

"Hand it to me. My family used to have a cat." Hermione said. "Well, before Crookshanks." She examined it for a bit, before stating, "Girl."

"What are you going to name her, Will," I asked, looking down at the tiny kitten.

"Julia-May." he answered. I smiled.

"Come on, we'll be late for class."

We got to Transfiguration five minutes late. Professor McGonagall had a stern face on when we entered the classroom, and I heard Harry and Ron snicker. I ignored them though. Minnie's face soon cracked into a smile, when she saw the sandy yellow ball of fluff in Will's hands. 

"Just don't be late again." Potty and Wazlib's mouths fell open. "Page five hundred and sixty-seven please."

Later in the lesson, she brushed past our table. "What's her name?" she asked, looking at the cat.

"Julia-May."

Ron: (finally a change of POV)

I was reading a book in Transfiguration, before the class started. I nudged Harry, because I had found something. 

"Harry, the counter for the disillusionment charm is 'revelare'. But Harry was looking at the door. The death eaters had arrived. And Solace had a cat.

Once again, I am sooo sorry for not updating. This was such a small chapter. It's just a filler. I'm deciding where the plot should go, and the next chapter will move along a bit faster.
