Shhhh! You gotta be quiet,
you gotta lower the noise a little bit now.
If she knows you beat for her, she's gonna run.
Don't put yourself on the display for her to see,
don't do the same mistake and look dumb.
Whenever I look at her, the feelings get stronger,
but all I can do is nail it down with the hammer.
'Cause she deserves the guy with all the glimmer and glamour,
I'm just a guy who's good in grammar.
Am I enough?
I'll act like I don't even care,
then go to my friends and say that you're the one.
I'll talk down love like it's useless,
I convinced you that "being single is cool",
while I go home and think about our interaction all night.
Yeah, I'll hide my love but it belongs only to you.
You'll forever remain my well-kept secret,
it'll forever remain in the Pandora box, never to be opened.
The three words at the tip of my tongue, I'll never say.
