YESTERDAY - 10 p.m.

After Aarohi's phone call with Abhinav.

Abhinav switched his regular phone off, after sending his leave letter through email to the hospital Dean. As Abhinav was a senior doctor there, he knew that his leave will be approved without debacle. He switched his regular phone off 📴 and took out his other phone and went through the locations of the Birlas and Akshara. He also took a glance off the information regarding the kidnapping case gathered by his men. While Abhinav immersed himself in his phone, he failed to notice a pair of eyes watching him.

*Abhimanyu's POV*

Abhimanyu found himself in a comfortable position when he gained an ounce of consciousness, he neither could move a finger nor open his eyes. He heard a voice but could not make out any words. He felt fuzzy and he was utterly lost on what was going on. With a great difficulty he opened his eyes and saw a man, with a familiar face but he couldn't pinpoint how he knows the man. Then in a couple of seconds, he couldn't fight the effect of drugs any longer. So he again drifted off to sleep.

Yesterday - 10.45 p.m.

*At Aarohi's hostel*

Aarohi was restlessly pacing her room. She tried to call Abhinav back after he cut her call the first time, but it was of no use as Abhinav has switched off his phone.

Aarohi (in her mind): *mimicking Abhinav* I won't hurt Dr. Abhimanyu, My foot! Then why the heck did you kidnap him! There's definitely something that no one is aware! But what it might be???

Aarohi then decided enough is enough and hatched a plan to know more about Dr. Abhinav Sharma. So she casually went to the one intern, whom she knew has got a huge crush on Dr. Abhinav Sharma.

*Aarohi knocks on Dr. Nisha's room door*

Nisha: *surprised*
Aarohi?! What's up, yaar? Also what happened to your neck?

Aarohi: *clearing throat* Hmm! It's a minor accident, nothing serious. Actually Nisha, I want to know more about Dr. Abhinav Sha...

Aarohi couldn't complete her sentence as an overexcited Nisha threw herself at Aarohi squealing in delight.

Nisha: *happily shaking Aarohi* First of all, admit it that he's a cutie pie! Also what even has gotten into you today? You were so keen on bro-zoning him and not mingle with any of us gushing about him.

Aarohi: *faking a smile* He's still in my bro-zone! He's helping me a lot even after it's been two whole months since I've joined here, that's why I would like to thank him personally maybe buy him a nice gift or something he'll appreciate.

Nisha: *laughing* Thank God! I did hate to compete with a topper like you! Come on in! I'll start with his biography, you can decide what you want to gift him on your own.

Aarohi: *faking interest* Thanks Nisha! What does being a topper has to do in someone's lovelife?

Nisha: *chuckling* Well he's a topper! So I guess he'll be attracted to a topper more.

Aarohi: *laughing* It does not work like that! Also don't tell me that you're stalking your crush, what you meant when you said you'll start with his biography, huh?
