Kokonoi can't help himself but to just think about a certain girl with h/c hair.

He's just... entertained by her. Her little talks about cats, her little habit of mentioning her cousins in a conversation or her bestfriend, her mood swings and random questions that make no sense. Her habit of randomly using slangs and changing accents because she got bored in the middle of a conversation.
It's all interesting to him.
When he thinks about Akane he knows he doesn't like Y/n. Because what he feels around her isn't the same as what he feels for Akane. It's not even similar.
But he for sure has been thinking about the second year girl in the past weeks way more than Akane.
'It's just because she confuses me. I'm trying to understand her' he tried to reason himself.
But even after weeks he can't understand her.
She talks a lot about Ran, says she admires him, and yet she acts way different around him. Disrespects him, but both parts know it's a joke, and does things on purpose to piss him off even tho she fears Angry Ran.
She talks about Rindou as if he was her little brother. Saying stuff like how she wants to protect him from Ran when he's angry at him, and yet when Ran is angry at her and pissed off she points at Rindou so she can run away.
She talks about Misaki as if she was a sister to her. How she wants to protect the younger girl and hope that she stays as honest as she is now, which is one of the reasons she really likes her, and yet when they're together she teases her and tries to piss her off. Or atleast make her brain 'shut off' with the stupid stuff she tells her.
She talks about Shion like he's her bestfriend, like they're really close to the point of family, and yet when she's with him she punches him, kicks him, steals from him and acts like she hates him.
She talks about Izana with respect and admiration. As if Izana was a role model for her or something, and yet when he's around she ignores him.
She talks about Kakucho as if he was 'her cute little brother' and only compliments him, and yet when he's around she acts like they barely know each other.
She talks about Mochi a lot too. Her drinking mate, her parner in crime, her best friend, and yet when he's around she looks at him like she hates him.
Heck Kokonoi even heard her talk about Sanzu as if he was her little brother too but he never saw them interact.
