It didn't matter who Kokonoi asked for advice, everyone told him to just man up and confess his feelings to Y/n.
He was hoping at least Inupi would say something else, but when he heard how his bestfriend feels for this girl he said the same thing. Because how he talked about her was far away from how he talked about his first love. So Inupi knew that at this point his friend was worshiping the ground this girl walked on.
Y/n only asked one person for advice. It was Misaki.
The advice wasn't really useful. But Y/n doesn't have any other idea than to listen to this advice.
'Let him man up and make the first move.'
And she was willing to wait for a thousand years for him, so she took this advice.
But what she didn't know was that she only had to wait a few hours, thanks to Izana.
"If I beat your ass up then you have to confess to her. I'm getting tired of this shit. It's torturing me and I'm not even the one in love" Izana told Kokonoi.
He didn't want to agree because he knew he would lose, but Izana gave an order to fight him and he can't disobey orders.
And what a surprise... He lost.
So now Kokonoi was sitting on Y/n's couch in pajamas with Y/n putting beauty masks on his face, who was also in pajamas. He thought maybe the best way to confess would be something simple. He knew Y/n liked simple things more, and she would appreciate a cozy confession.
But his nerves were killing him.
"Your skin is so beautiful" Y/n mentioned while putting on the face mask on Kokonoi, who was layin on the couch using Y/n's thighs as pillows.
"Thank you."
"What do you use for your skin?"
"Nothing much" Kokonoi shrugged. "But coconut oil can do wonders."
"Coconut oil. Noted" Y/n mumbled.
As much as he wanted to confess his feelings for her tonight he couldn't. He was just too nervous.
Whenever he tried to confess it somehow ended up being a suggestion for something to do together.
Like for exemple watching a movie, then another one, and another one.
Cooking something together and then cooking something else that was safe for the cats to eat too, because Y/n couldn't just eat infront of her, now 9, cats. When did she get so many cats? Kokonoi has no idea.
And when he thought he's finally ready to confess... He suggested to watch another movie.
It was already 1am when the movie finished. The two teens were starting to get sleepy, but Kokonoi didn't want to fall asleep before confessing.
