"You know what? You have either big balls or a small brain to show up after I've seen you break multiple codes and you brought an outside dinosaur in here!"
Nostrils and tempers flared as Castiel Novak, the new head director, got into Dean's face. Dean didn't flinch. He wasn't scared of anyone, especially if they were shorter and scrawnier than him.
"What are you talking about? I follow the rules here. Even if they are terrible ones!"
"Well, let's see!"
Castiel grabbed his remote and flipped through footage on a screen. The first clip was of Dean in the stampede.
"Going off trail and damaging the habitats!"
Another click and it showed him in the crowd on his motorcycle.
"In a public area and you are on a vehicle!"
He then flipped to the kid and mom who were yelled at by Dean.
"And harassing park visitors! Mr. Winchester, this is a very professional park and unprofessional behavior gets you fired!"
"First off, those dinosaurs respect me 'cause I am their alpha. Second, I needed to get down here to talk to you 'cause first day you're here and you fuck up everyone's paychecks. And lastly, I saw that snot nosed brat smacking the dinosaurs! And I would not have thought twice about throwing him in the tank."
Castiel got in his face, nearly on his toes. "Dammit, I don't have to tolerate this. You're fi-"
Before he could finish that sentence, the CEO walked in and smiled. "Oh, you've met Dean. How wonderful."
"What's up chuck? How's it hanging?" Dean and CEO Chuck Shirley exchanged a friendly handshake that ended in a quick hug as Castiel stood there with an open mouth and an overworked temper.
"Sir, you are friends with this man?"
"Friends? Dean helped me build this park from the dinosaur nests up!"
Dean gave Cas an vindictive smile and stood by his old friend. Dean had known Chuck for so long; they went to college together, worked in animal science, including the study of dinosaurs. One night, Chuck's friend called him saying they were sitting on a multi-billion idea and needed his help. Chuck called Dean and that was that. They left the US, and Jurassic World was made in 3 short years.
Chuck kind of lost his way a bit after making so much money; drank a little and purchased ridiculous things. Dean of course only asked that the majority of his money went back to the US to his little brother Sam. He got accepted to Stanford and he needed more than just checks from his job at a local garage near their home town. Which is why Dean was there.
"Now Chuck, I'm in here because someone has cut all of our paychecks, and frankly, I can't afford that. So I thought it would be a fun idea to talk to the person who cut them"
"Well, I did."
"You? But why?"
Cas intervened in their conversation so maybe he wouldn't come off as the douche Dean thought he was.
"Well you see, Mr. Winchester, the park has lost a lot of money because less and less visitors are coming to Jurassic World. The idea of dinosaurs has lost its edge. Taking people to see a brachiosaurus is like going to a petting zoo to see giraffes. We need new something to attract people."
"They're dinosaurs. That's big enough."
Dean gave Cas a stern look and Chuck stood between them before Dean knocked Cas off his feet.
