Stepping out of the parking garage, I spot Asher's car immediately. I smile widely. She offered to come to Barnes with me. I almost can't believe it, but I won't bring it up. She'll probably change her mind.
I slip into the passenger seat of her car and smile at her. She leans over the center console and presses a kiss to my lips. "Hi, beautiful," she says softly.
I feel a blush fill my cheeks as I stare at her for a moment. "Hi..." My voice is almost a whisper and she reaches over to tuck a piece of hair behind my ear.
She slips her hand into mine as I hold my camera in the other. We haven't fought since the argument about me going with Caitlin to Barnes and bowling, so things must be getting better. I'm so happy for it too.
"Want me to be the camera woman when we get there? So you can get content for your channel?" she asks and this also surprises me.
I smile at her. "Yeah, I would like that a lot," I say and she just nods, squeezing my hand.
I can't help but stare at her as she drives, admiring her features.
She's absolutely stunning; like the most beautiful girl in the world and I am lucky enough to call her mine.
After a bit, she pulls into the parking lot of Barnes and Noble and I get out of the car before she does. I step over to her side of the car and open her car door for her. She has her face buried in her phone and quickly turns the screen off when she notices I am looming over her which I think is odd but brush it off.
As we walk up to the doors, I get my camera ready. I've done it multiple times, but filming in the store still makes me nervous. Without warning Asher takes the camera from my hand and just begins to film me.
I cover my face with my hands.
"Dais is being shy now," Asher says, pointing the camera at me.
I shake my head with a grin. "I'm not being shy. I just wasn't expecting you to take the camera."
