Jisung woke up early, at least for him on a weekend, a little after 8 AM.

Ridiculously enough, by choice.

Him and a friend had plans, and he wanted to dress for the occasion.

Jisung didn't get to see him often, only on the off chance neither of them were busy with school, or the other wasn't busy with work.

The friend's university was at least a 2 hours distance away from Jisung's, so that made it even more difficult to visit.

Anyways, the plan was for the other to pick up Jisung at 9, so they'd have the day to spend together.

Jisung crawled out of bed tiredly, rubbing his eyes as he reached for his phone. He saw a message, from Minho.

- I don't have work today, if you're free.
5:43 AM

"Jesus, he's always up so early." Jisung whispered to himself, yawning a little.

- I have plans, I'm sorry. Next time though?

Jisung went to set his phone down but got a text back almost instantly.

- Mhm. With who tho?

- Eric.

- Uhh.. who?

- I thought I told you about him?

- Nope. Sure it's not an imaginary friend?

- Oh fuck off. I'll text you later?

- Yeah.

The conversation ended there, Jisung putting his phone down.

Jisung went to his closet, grabbing a shirt he had cropped a few weeks back. He grabbed a pair of baggy, grey, washed denim jeans and a belt.

He got changed and went into the bathroom, putting on a touch of makeup and ruffling his hair a little in an attempt to style it.

He glanced at his outfit in the mirror, his shirt hung a little below his belt and the whole look in general fit his body perfectly. Satisfied, he slipped on a couple rings and a bracelet, going back to his room to grab his phone and wallet.

Before he walked out of the door, he glanced at the little plush bunny on his bed, the one Eric had bought for him the last time they hung out. He smiled a little before grabbing his house keys and leaving.

"You're such an ass. Just come hang out. Seungmin is out of town and I'm bored." Chan complained over the phone.

"Well—" Hyunjin paused himself. Admittedly, he was bored out of his mind to, just trying to make any excuse to not have to drive.

"Well what? It's just you and me anyways, everyone else is busy." Chan sighed. "I'll give you a ride?"

"Fine." Hyunjin rolled his eyes, getting up.

"Cool, be there in 5." Chan hung up.

"Who was that?" Felix raised an eyebrow to Chan, pausing his game only having heard half the conversation.

"A friend, I'll be back in a few minutes." Chan replied, grabbing his keys.

"Cool." Felix unpaused his game, slouching back on the couch as Chan walked out of the dorm.

Minho sighed a bit in disappointment to hear that Jisung already had plans. Maybe he could pick up an extra shift? That's probably his best bet, since he wasn't a fan of lying around by himself.

Minho offered to work overtime to his boss, of which they of course agreed to since the café was already short on staff.

He didn't usually work morning shifts, but he was fine with it. He let his dad know before grabbing his keys, leaving for work.

—————

"Will that be all?" Minho smiled softly to the customer, taking their card to pay for the transaction.

"Mhm, thank you. You're always so sweet when I come up here, most boys your age don't have manners." The older woman complimented, talking her card as Minho handed it back.

"Oh, thank you. I guess I was raised well." Minho chuckled a little. "Your coffee will be done in a couple minutes, thank you."

The older woman nodded, sticking a $10 in the tip cup before walking off, before Minho could even thank her.

Minho quickly moved to start making the woman's coffee. She wasn't exactly a regular, but she'd come enough times for him to have muscle memory on how to make her order.

As he finished up, he heard the bell above the door ring. He quickly got the coffee to the woman before looking at the customers who had came in.

"Oh, Minho?"

"Jisung? I didn't expect you to stop by." He responded, fixing the back of his apron as he walked back behind the counter. He glanced to the side, seeing the man standing beside Jisung. Must be Eric, he thought.

"I didn't expect you to be here either, I thought you had the day off." Jisung raised an eyebrow.

"I did, but I took up an extra shift since—" Minho was cut off by a sudden pounce to his back, his eyes widened as he looked over his shoulder.
"Oh, Jaehyun?" His eyes softened, he smiled a little.

Jisung stood there, a little confused. Was this Minho's coworker? He doesn't recall ever hearing about him... and they seem to be close.

"You never work mornings, Minho! I missed you." Jaehyun said, squeezing Minho's shoulder tightly.

Minho just chuckled and pried Jaehyun's arms off him, turning around to pinch his cheek. "I thought I'd pick up the extra shift."

"Is that your boyfriend?" Eric suddenly said to Minho, making all of the other 3 three's eyes widen.

Jisung hadn't even considered that. Could Minho really have a boyfriend and not tell him? No, that'd be ridiculous.

But he couldn't help but notice the small blush creeping up on Jaehyun's face.
