"Hey, what in the world just happened..?"
"How the hell did he do that...?"
"Just who in the world is that guy?"
"Why does that peasant have such power?"
Everyone began questioning him after displaying such a feat. Even the proctor himself couldn't believe what just happened. The proctor couldn't help but ponder for a bit.
What the hell... did that brat actually do it..? If so, where did he get so much power? Is that why that servant was quite favorable to that brat? His letter as well has a royal stamp on it. Normally, the royal stamps that are seen on the letter are directly from the royals themselves and those stamps cannot be replicated by any normal means. If that's the case, then could that be that brat has been personally invited by our highness themselves? But who and why?
While the others are trying to comprehend what just happened, Markus was horrified by it as well.
This isn't good...did I overdo it? I thought it would repair itself after getting damaged like it did to everyone else. But it seems like it's beyond restoration...especially when it's completely shattered to pieces. I hope I'd still pass this-
"Participant number 146, you pass. And that concludes your first phase exam."
Wait what? Did I actually pass? What a relief then. I thought I'll get in trouble for shattering it.
"What are you standing there at, you brat? Go back to your position."
"Y-yes."
Markus was startled by the proctor but he immediately responded back before going back to his same position next to the same person with the badge number 145.
"Alright."
*Snap*
The huge orb that was shattered to pieces dissipated after the proctor snapped his finger.
"Let us proceed to the next room. Servant Paul, you know what to do."
The assistant was quite offended and pissed by how he was addressed by the proctor. He however, nodded and walked towards the proctor. After that, he raised both of his hands with his hands open facing upward preparing to use a spell.
So the assistant guy's name is Paul? It's quite fishy that he didn't tell me his name earlier, but not that I can blame him with how the situation was earlier. It's only a couple of minutes left that time so he didn't have time and must have forgotten to introduce his name and went straight into action. But besides that, he's actually the only one so far that isn't hostile or discriminating against me. Which is a relief.
After a bit, the assistant finally activates the spell. Upon activation, a huge magic circle appeared surrounding the remaining participants, the proctor and the assistant himself. In an instant, they were all teleported to another huge room. Except the room they were in is slightly smaller but it is difficult to distinguish the difference by its size. Everyone was stunned by their surroundings filled with extravagant displays everywhere similarly to a museum.
Seriously? Another fancy room? Man, what terrifying wealth this school has. As if the wealth of this academy is comparable to a royal castle. Now that I think about it, I think I understand now why they only allow nobles and royals to take entrance exams here. Which is why these bastards want me gone as soon as possible. I really need to watch out for their sabotage.
"Before we proceed with the second phase, I'm just going to let you all know that over 45 participants were eliminated from the previous phase. Meaning, there's only 101 participants left remaining."
